<br />OVERALL ORGANIZATION TO COMPLETING THE PROJECT
<br />GEI organizes every project around a dedicated Project Manager who serves as the City’s primary point of contact and is
<br />responsible for overall project delivery. This structure provides clear accountability, streamlined communication, and consistent
<br />oversight from project initiation through completion.
<br />For this contract, Project Manager Nick Bragaia will be supported by a multidisciplinary team that may include coastal engineers,
<br />marine structural engineers, environmental scientists, geotechnical engineers, permitting specialists, hydrographic surveyors,
<br />Geographic Information System (GIS) specialists, ecologists, and construction support personnel, depending on the specific needs
<br />of each assignment. This team structure allows us to bring the appropriate expertise to every task while maintaining eff icient
<br />project execution.
<br />Key responsibilities are organized as follows:
<br />· Project Manager: Overall coordination, client communication, schedule and budget management, and contract
<br />administration.
<br />· Technical Lead: Engineering analysis, design development, and technical oversight.
<br />· Environmental and Permitting Lead: Agency coordination, environmental compliance, and permit acquisition.
<br />· QA/QC Reviewer: Independent review of project deliverables to maintain quality and consistency.
<br />· Support Specialists: Surveying, GIS, coastal modeling, hydrographic services, ecological evaluations, geotechnical
<br />services, and construction support, as needed.
<br />This organization allows GEI to leverage both local resources and the capabilities of our nationwide coastal and waterfront
<br />practice, providing Sunny Isles Beach with responsive service and access to specialized expertise whenever required.
<br />ABILITY TO MEET DESIRED TIMELINES AND DEADLINES
<br />GEI maintains a strong track record of delivering projects on schedule through proactive planning, resource management, and
