<br />Alexis Rodriguez is a seasoned professional who expertly supervises the daily operations
<br />and coordination of both office and field personnel. His role is pivotal in executing field
<br />data processing and the design and drafting of various surveys, including boundary,
<br />construction layout, right-of-way (ROW), route, sectional, subdivision, and topographic
<br />surveys. With a keen eye for detail, he oversees and manages Computer-Aided Drafting
<br />and Design (CADD) operations, ensuring that drafting standards are upheld and that any
<br />arising issues are resolved efficiently. Rodriguez’s extensive experience with CADD
<br />software is a testament to his adaptability and proficiency in the field. He is particularly
<br />skilled in a range of specialized programs, including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Land Desktop,

<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />MIA Central Terminal Redevelopment – Topographic Survey & SUE. October 2025 to
<br />Present. Role: Survey Project Manager. In support of the Miami International Airport
<br />Central Terminal Redevelopment, Alexis led Hadonne’s topographic and SUE field
<br />operations across both landside and airside areas. He managed field crews collecting
<br />detailed horizontal and vertical data, including pavement edges, curb lines, drainage
<br />structures, building features, signage, lighting, and all above‑ground utilities. Alexis ensured
<br />all survey work was tied to airport control and delivered in CAD formats consistent with
<br />MDAD standards. He also directed QL‑B and QL‑C SUE investigations, overseeing
<br />electromagnetic locating, GPR scanning, and utility identification through visible
<br />structures. His leadership ensured accurate mapping of water, sewer, electrical,
<br />communications, and fuel systems, providing a reliable existing‑conditions dataset
<br />essential for design, phasing, and construction planning. Client: Miami-Dade Aviation

<br />MIA Terminal K – Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), for (GPI Geospatial Inc.) Dates
<br />of Service Nov 2025–Dec 2025. As Project Manager, Alex led HADONNE CORP’s Survey and
<br />Subsurface Utility Engineering services for Miami International Airport’s Terminal K,
<br />coordinating closely with GPI Geospatial Inc. He oversaw field operations utilizing
<br />electromagnetic locating equipment, ground‑penetrating radar (GPR), and vacuum
<br />excavation to designate and verify existing underground utilities within the project limits.
<br />Alex ensured accurate identification and documentation of utility type, size, material, and
<br />condition, while supervising the collection of horizontal and vertical location data for all
<br />physically verified utilities. He managed the preparation and delivery of complete field
<br />notes and survey datasets for integration into the project’s base mapping and design files.
<br />Under Option B, he directed the production of signed and sealed test hole reports by a
<br />licensed Professional Engineer and ensured delivery of fully formatted DWG files
<br />containing all verified utility information for direct use by the design team. The project was
<br />completed on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with airport safety and

<br />FPID No. 443905-1-52-01 SR-90 / SW 7th Street from SW 2nd Avenue to Brickell Avenue,
<br />Miami, Miami-Dade County, Forida. Duration from December 2023 to 2025. Role: Project
<br />Surveyor. Mr. Rodriguez was responsible for providing survey support for the utility
<br />designates and (60) test holes (VVHs) and eight (8) designate sites to clear conflicts with
<br />signal improvements along SR-90 / SW 7th Street. The scope of work included field
<br />scanning/locates, deliverable of Cad files and Test Holes Reports. In addition, Mr. Rodriguez
<br />oversaw the QA/QC for this project. Client: Florida Department of Transportation, District
