<br />MIA Stormwater Model Update & Drainage Master Plan Support – Surveying & Field Verification Services for (CDM Smith).
<br />Dates of Service Jun–Aug 2023. As Project Surveyor, supported CDM Smith in the updating and maintenance of the Miami‑Dade
<br />Aviation Department (MDAD) drainage master plans for Miami International Airport. The project required a comprehensive review of
<br />existing as‑built information, verification of field conditions, and updates to MDAD’s stormwater modeling and technical
<br />documentation. Abraham coordinated the collection and review of as‑built data, supervised field verification activities, and ensured
<br />that all findings were accurately incorporated into the updated utility atlas and modeling scenarios. He oversaw the re‑establishment
<br />of both existing and future stormwater modeling conditions, ensuring consistency with MDAD standards and current airport
<br />infrastructure. His responsibilities included managing updates to the master plan documents, reviewing and refining MDAD ’s design
<br />guidelines, and updating technical specifications to reflect current operational and regulatory requirements. As part of the Storm
<br />Sewer Master Planning effort (CDM PN 278874 – MIA Stormwater Model Update Field Verifications), Abraham directed Hadonne’s field
<br />crews in performing location and existence verification of designated sites throughout Miami International Airport. All locations were
<br />identified and verified using GPS, providing CDM Smith with accurate, defensible data essential for model ca libration and long‑term

<br />Civic Park on East Drive, North Bay Village. Dates: 04/2023-10/2025.
<br />Role: Survey Project Manager. HADONNE performed a comprehensive Boundary and Topographic Survey for the project limits,
<br />integrating planimetric 2D topography and underground utility location data to support design, permitting, and engineering
<br />analysis. Recovered, verified, and established horizontal and vertical control. Located existing property corners, monuments, and
<br />right‑of‑way markers. Reviewed plats, deeds, and record maps to confirm boundary geometry. Prepared a boundary depiction
<br />reflecting property lines, easements, and encumbrances. Collected detailed planimetric features including pavement edges,
<br />sidewalks, curbs, driveways, fences, walls, drainage structures, signage, and visible surface improvements. Captured elevation data
<br />to represent grade conditions, spot elevations, and surface variations. Produced a 2D topographic base map suitable for engineering
<br />design, utility coordination, and permitting. Coordinated with Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) teams to obtain Level B utility
<br />data. HADONNE’s integrated survey approach provided the design team with accurate, conflict‑critical boundary, topographic, and
<br />underground utility information, reducing design risk and ensuring a reliable foundation for engineering decisions, permittin g, and
<br />construction planning.

<br />PD&E STUDY FOR THE PARTIAL INTERCHANGE AT SR 112 and NW 37th Avenue, Project, Miami-Dade County, FL. Owner: Greater
<br />Miami Expressways Authority. Sub to Metric Engineering. Duration: May 2026 to Present.
<br />Role: Survey Project Manager. HADONNE is performing this 3D-Design survey along SR 112 (Airport Expressways), in Miami-Dade
<br />County. HADONNE responsibilities includes establishing primary and secondary control complying with FDOT Standards, recovering
<br />the historical baseline of survey for SR 112 and establishing the Baseline of Survey for NW 37th Ave, and NW South River Drive.
<br />Additionally, HADONNE is collecting LiDAR for the project limits and will use the point cloud to extract all above ground fea tures and
<br />to generate a Digital Terrain Model (DTM) for the limits of the project. HADONNE will su bmit the final 3D survey in ORD, following
<br />FDOT Standards. Additionally, HADONNE is preparing a boundary survey for parcel acquisition. Client: Greater Miami Expressway

<br />CR 713 / High Meadow Ave, from SR 9 / I-95 to CR-714 Martin Highway FPID 441699-1-32-01, Martin County, FL. Dates: March
<br />2026 to Present. Role: Survey Project Manager. HADONNE is performing this design survey along the County Road, in Martin County.
<br />HADONNE responsibility includes extending the existing design survey for areas do not include on the original FDOT request.
<br />HADONNE is recovering the existing secondary control points and performing 3D Survey for on-pavement and off-pavement areas.
<br />Additionally, we are extending the Project Baseline of Survey to extend along CR 713, approximately 1,700 LF north of SW Mart in
<br />Hoghway. HADONNE is extracting the 3D features from the point cloud collected for this project. HADONNE is merging the recently
<br />collected survey with eh previously prepared survey by

<br />Miami City Cemetery Park “1901 N Miami Avenue, City of Miami, Florida. Dates: November 2023. Role: Survey Project Manager.
<br />HADONNE performed a comprehensive Boundary and Topographic Survey of the project site to support planning, design, and
<br />permitting activities. The survey included the determination and mapping of property boundaries and the relationship of existing site
<br />improvements thereto. All trees located within the property boundaries were surveyed and documented in a tree inventory table
<br />identifying the common and scientific species, trunk diameter, approximate height, and canopy spread. Existing drainage
<br />infrastructure, including accessible inlets and manholes, was surveyed and documented with invert elevations, pipe sizes, and pipe
<br />materials. The survey also included the location of overhead utility poles and associated utility lines within the project limits. To
<br />facilitate future construction activities, HADONNE established two permanent on-site benchmarks referenced to the Florida State
<br />Plane Coordinate System and project datum, providing both horizontal coordinates and vertical elevations for construction control.
<br />Upon completion, HADONNE delivered signed and sealed survey drawings, along with electronically signed and sealed unlocked
<br />digital files in PDF and DWG formats for use by the design team and project stakeholders.
