<br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department - North District WWTP Electrical Distribution Building Subsurface Utility Engineering

<br />Mr. Izquierdo performed a subsurface utility investigation to determine the approximate location of existing underground utilities
<br />at potential utility crossings. This investigation included vacuum excavation and location to verify the horizontal and vertical
<br />positions of existing underground utilities at selected locations. He provided a report indicating the underground utility's
<br />horizontal location, depth, lay direction, diameter, and material for each pothole. Additionally, he included the location of each
<br />pothole on the final survey.
<br />Miami International Airport Surveying Services Provider 06/2023 - 08/2023
<br />Mr. Izquierdo contributed to the update and maintenance of the drainage master plans for Miami-Dade Aviation Department
<br />(MDAD) facilities. His scope of services included collecting and reviewing as-built data, field verifying as-built conditions, updating
<br />the utility atlas, and updating the existing modeling scenario. He re-established future modeling scenarios, updated master plan
<br />documents, reviewed and updated MDAD design guidelines, and reviewed and updated technical specifications. Additionally, he
<br />assisted the department with environmental and permitting issues. Mr. Izquierdo performed location and existence verification
<br />of sites within Miami International Airport, locating all sites in question with GPS.
<br />Metrorail Corridor #OSP276 Land Surveyor and Mapper 05/2023 - Ongoing
<br />Mr. Izquierdo provided land surveying and mapping services for the Miami-Dade County project known as “Metrorail Corridor,”
<br />located between the South Miami Metrorail Station and the University Metrorail Station. He prepared a route survey with a right-
<br />of-way verification map, verified the Metrorail corridor survey boundaries available from the County Public Records, and located
<br />transit utilities serving the Metrorail system. Additionally, he located all other non-transit utilities within the corridor, including
<br />two FPL 13.2KV power feeds serving each station (four lines total) and the FDOT fiber optics communications line installed along
<br />the corridor.
<br />B-17365 - Shorecrest Area Survey within the City of Miami
<br />Performed a Topographic Survey of approximately 45,000 linear feet of road, survey included the following items:
<br />Right of Way information based on the City of Miami Street ATLAS sheets, Survey limits extended from Right of Way to Right of
<br />Way along the corridor 15 feet into the private properties.
<br />Topo survey extended 100 feet from the end of radius return into the intersecting streets. Located all above ground features,
<br />including site lot lines, trees (Height, caliper, species), House number. Collected Rim elevations, invert elevations, bottom of
<br />structure and pipe material. Elevation shots (Cross section elevations) at 25-foot intervals, Elevations referenced to NGVD29,
<br />located all existing ADA ramps and existing driveway approaches, Collected Finished Floor elevation of all Buildings within the
<br />corridor, Limits of the Survey to extended 15 feet into the private properties along the corridor.

<br />Project Surveyor for the Boundary and Topographic Survey, including the following items: Location of the project site in relation
<br />to property boundaries. All interior improvements and improvements in the adjoining half rights-of-way. Location of all trees
<br />within the property boundaries; provide a tree table with tree name, trunk diameter, height, and canopy. Location of all buildings
<br />within the survey area; provided building corners, perimeter dimensions, setbacks distances, top of parapet elevations, and
<br />finished floor elevations. Take elevation shots at 25-50-foot intervals at open park areas and 5–10-foot intervals at critical areas,
<br />such as around buildings, and existing structures; additionally, collect all visible terrain deviation such as low and high points.
<br />Location of all courts with court lines, fences, playgrounds, etc. Collected invert elevation, pipe size, and pipe type of all
<br />accessible existing inlets and manholes Location of all overhead utility lines and poles within the survey area. Showed existing
<br />easements. Set two onsite Benchmarks with state plane coordinate and elevation. Dates of Service: 07/2023-08/2023.
