Duration: November 2019 - December 2021 Performed QA/QC for the topographic survey, including the depiction of right of way information based on the City of Miami Street ATLAS sheets. Ensured the topo survey extended 150 feet from the end of radius return into the intersecting streets. Verified the location of all above-ground features, including site lot lines, trees (height, caliper, species), house numbers, gates, and driveways. Oversaw the collection of rim elevations, invert elevations, bottom of structure, and pipe material, ensuring elevations were referenced to City of Miami Datum. Monitored the location of all existing ADA ramps and existing driveway approaches. QA/QC Officer Project: Relocation of Atlantic Blvd at Higgs Beach, Key West, FL, Duration: June 2020 - July 2020 Provided QA/QC for the detailed plan to deliver engineering and architectural services for the review of the Higgs Beach Master Plan and the development of detailed design plans for the relocation of Atlantic Boulevard at Higgs Beach in Key West, Florida. Project control (HPC) for Atlantic Boulevard, vertical project control (VPC), alignment and/or existing right of way (R/W) lines, reference points, topography, digital terrain model (DTM) (3D), and roadway cross sections/profiles. QA/QC OFFICER Project: Contract E15-PWWM-07, Project 20170037 Location: Miami Dade County Duration: July 2019 - January 2020 Performed QA/QC for the topographic survey of various intersections in Miami Dade County. Ensured the accuracy of centerlines of rights of way based on existing plats or fractional lines for non-platted adjacent properties. Verified the display of right of way lines as per Public Records for the project area and the establishment of a physical control baseline using the centerlines of the right of way. 30
