He processed and integrated complex Underground Utility Location (UUL) and Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) data obtained through electromagnetic locating, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), and vacuum excavation. Eduardo developed detailed CAD base maps depicting utility alignments, depths, and conflict points in relation to proposed roadway and pedestrian safety improvements, including signalization upgrades and transit enhancements. He played a key role in coordinating utility data for integration into FDOT design files, ensuring compliance with agency standards and supporting conflict analysis, permitting, and construction planning. His work significantly reduced the risk of utility conflicts and contributed to the safe and efficient delivery of improvements along this high-traffic corridor.
PCTS 15841 SW 84 St / 109 & 114 Ave | Client: Miami-Dade Water and
Sewer Department | Dates: 04/2020 -06/2020
As a Senior Survey CADD Technician, Eduardo Reyes supported this project
by preparing topographic survey maps in accordance with Miami-Dade Water
and Sewer Department standards.
