34IWFLFTLD016838.2026 <br />ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(CCNA) RFQ # 26-07-01 <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL <br />COASTAL ENGINEERING: <br />Cape Coral Yacht Club, Cape Coral, FL <br />Kimley-Horn is providing a comprehensive array of services for the Cape Coral Yacht Club Community Park, including <br />marine structural services for 2,000 feet of intracoastal and canal front bulkhead. Additional services include land <br />planning, landscape architecture, marina planning, marina dock design, civil engineering, and environmental permitting. <br />Specific tasks include programming, master planning, stakeholder and community engagement, environmental due <br />diligence, and permitting. Notably, our structural engineering expertise is applied to the design and construction of the <br />bulkhead, 100 marina slips featuring floating docks and wood finger piers, a boat ramp, wood boardwalks, and a <br />600-foot pier restoration from hurricane damage. We also managed permit coordination and dredging, along with the full <br />upland development of the boat trailer parking area and beach-front public park.
