<br />offshore). Managed subconsultants, budgets, schedules, and technical reviews
<br />supporting constructability, permitting, and bid/construction needs.

<br />PARISH, LA* — Project Manager. Managed breakwater performance analyses
<br />to support beach nourishment planning, identify causes of shoreline instability,
