<br />CASTILLO DE SAN MARCOS SEAWALL REHABILITATION, NATIONAL
<br />PARK SERVICE, ST. AUGUSTINE, FL* — Principal-in-Charge. Resiliency-
<br />focused rehabilitation of approximately 1,400 linear feet of historic seawall
<br />protecting the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. Responsibilities
<br />included coastal protection design, structural inspection, environmental
<br />compliance, and permitting through USACE and FDEP.
<br />SEBASTIAN RIVER MUCK REMOVAL AND INLET DREDGING, SEBASTIAN,
<br />FL* — Project Engineer. Responsible for dredging and disposal design for the
<br />removal of approximately two million cubic yards of muck from the Sebastian
<br />River to improve water quality in the Indian River Lagoon. The project involved
<br />extensive bathymetric surveying, geotechnical investigation, dredging design,
<br />and regulatory permitting.
<br />HURRICANE PASS NAVIGATION IMPROVEMENTS AND HONEYMOON
<br />ISLAND BEACH RESTORATION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FL* — Project
<br />Manager. Navigational improvements and beach restoration efforts involving
<br />sediment transport analysis, shoreline change evaluation, dredging design,
<br />permitting coordination, and development of construction documentation.
<br />BAYSHORE AND MARJORIE PARK MARINA IMPROVEMENTS, TAMPA,
<br />FL* — Project Manager. upgrades to two municipal marinas and associated
<br />waterfront facilities. Work included repairs to existing docks and fender systems,
<br />dredging, installation of floating docks, shoreline improvements, and associated
<br />site infrastructure upgrades.
<br />KEY WEST BIGHT HARBOR IMPROVEMENTS, KEY WEST, FL* — Project
<br />Manager. Responsible for final design and construction support for upgrades to
<br />harbor infrastructure including bulkhead reconstruction, boardwalk improvements,
<br />and development of a 150-slip marina facility. Work included complex
<br />environmental permitting and coordination with state regulatory agencies.
<br />LOVER’S KEY STATE PARK BOAT RAMP AND MARINA IMPROVEMENTS,
<br />FORT MYERS BEACH, FL* — Project Manager. Design and upgrades to state
<br />park boating facilities including new boat ramps, floating docks, utilities, and
<br />associated public waterfront access infrastructure.
<br />HARBORPLACE WATERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT, BALTIMORE,
<br />MD* — Principal-in-Charge. Waterfront design lead for redevelopment of
<br />Baltimore’s Inner Harbor waterfront infrastructure. The project included seawall
<br />reconstruction, bulkheads, floating docks, and marina facilities along with public
<br />waterfront improvements.
