<br />Greg Bouie, PSM, is a professional surveyor with 19 years of experience in the
<br />surveying and mapping field. He began his career in Dallas, Georgia, focusing
<br />on subdivision design and large boundary surveying projects around the
<br />Metropolitan Atlanta area. Greg started as an instrument person while studying
<br />surveying and mapping at Southern Polytechnic State University, gaining valuable
<br />field experience alongside his education in survey theory. Over the years, he
<br />has worked with well-known firms on a variety of projects, steadily growing his
<br />expertise. In 2018, Greg became a licensed surveyor in Florida, marking a key
<br />milestone in his career. In 2024, he joined the Longitude Surveyors team, where
<br />he leads our Broward Office and continues to contribute to the industry while
<br />excelling in his profession.

<br />Greg Bouie, PSM served as Project Manager, overseeing the preparation of the
<br />Sketch to Accompany Legal Description and legal description for Parcel 900 in
<br />accordance with FDOT requirements. He coordinated project activities, reviewed
<br />boundary information and supporting documents, and provided quality control
<br />to ensure accurate, compliant right-of-way deliverables.

<br />utility coordination.

<br />Greg Bouie, PSM served as the Project Manager for this project, overseeing all
<br />surveying and Subsurface Utility Engineering activities along the corridor. He
<br />coordinated field and office teams performing control, topographic survey, and
<br />soft dig operations, ensuring accurate data collection and adherence to project
