He directed teams performing boundary and
right-of-way research, control establishment, topographic data collection, and ASCE-compliant SUE investigations using
electromagnetic locating and Ground Penetrating Radar, while coordinating Sunshine 811 utility locates to support safe
and efficient field operations. Roni supervised the collection of aboveground and underground utility data, drainage and
site features, and Digital Terrain Model development, ensuring all deliverables were accurate, timely, and compliant with
project standards to support design, utility conflict analysis, and overall project success.
Town of Davie Police Department 1230 South Nob Hill Road Davie, FL
Roni Eniste oversaw Longitude Surveyors’ Surveying, Mapping, and Subsurface Utility Engineering services for the
Emergency Generator project at the Town of Davie Police Department, managing project planning, scheduling, field
coordination, and client communication from start through final delivery. He directed teams performing topographic
surveying, control establishment, and detailed aboveground data collection, including site features, utilities, and critical
elevations required to support design. Roni also supervised ASCE-compliant SUE Quality Level B investigations using
electromagnetic locating and Ground Penetrating Radar to identify potential underground utility conflicts and ensure
accurate utility representation in final CAD deliverables. His leadership ensured precise, timely, and high-quality survey
and utility data essential to the successful execution of this critical infrastructure improvement project.
Bus Shelters 11 Locations, Town of Cutler Bay, Cutler Bay, FL
Roni Eniste supported the topographic survey by assisting with data processing, CAD drafting, and the preparation of
survey deliverables. His responsibilities included organizing field-collected information, drafting rights-of-way, boundary
limits, existing site features, and utilities, and incorporating elevation data into mapping files. The project included
determining rights-of-way and boundary limits and documenting aboveground improvements such as trees, pavements,
sidewalks, signs, poles, bus stops, utilities, and other site features within the survey limits. Roni also assisted with
processing spot elevation data collected throughout the corridor and preparing survey drawings referenced to NGVD29
to support project planning and design.
MIA Building 3074, Miami-Dade County Aviation Department, Miami, FL
Roni Eniste supported the Boundary, Topographic, Bathymetric, and utility designation survey services performed for a
seawall replacement project by assisting with data processing, CAD drafting, and the preparation of survey deliverables.
His responsibilities included organizing field-collected information, drafting boundary and topographic features,
processing bathymetric data, and incorporating utility designation information into mapping files. The project included
establishing horizontal and vertical control, setting and verifying on-site benchmarks, confirming the south property line,
collecting elevation data on a ten-foot grid referenced to NGVD29, and documenting existing subsurface utilities within
the project limits. Roni also assisted with preparing survey exhibits and mapping products used to support the design
and construction of the seawall replacement improvements.
Alexander Orr Water Treatment Plant - Slaker System, Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department Miami, FL
Roni Eniste supported the As-Built, Topographic, and utility designation survey services by assisting with data processing,
CAD drafting, and the preparation of survey deliverables.
