<br />and civil engineering services for the improvements to the
<br />Cooper and Moore parks in Miami. Our scope includes
<br />schematic park design and tree assessment, landscape
<br />architecture design, irrigation design, site civil design and
<br />photometric lighting plan. Miller Legg will also provide
<br />community outreach, bidding assistance and construction
<br />administration. Design improvements to the parks include
<br />lighting infrastructure for security and holiday lights, a new
<br />playground with play equipment for various ages, fitness
<br />equipment, and drinking fountains. With these Parks on
<br />separate parcels of land, specific design attention was critical
<br />in tying the Parks spaces together with new walkways, a
<br />unifying buffer wall, and revamping Park signage and
<br />wayfinding.
<br />City of Miami E.G. Sewell Park - Miller Legg is under
<br />contract with the City of Miami for program development,
<br />pre-design, master planning design including public
<br />involvement workshops, construction documents and
<br />construction administration services for Sewell Park, a
<br />10.33-acre park on the Miami River. The program will be an
<br />open passive park with elements including passive walkways
<br />through park and preserve areas, pavilions, an eco-trail,
<br />baywalk, hardscape, floating docks, kayak launch, seawall/
<br />living shoreline, wayfinding and historical information
<br />signage. The scope of services includes landscape
<br />architecture, irrigation, environmental, civil engineering,
<br />topographical surveying, SUE, certified arborist, structural
<br />engineering, electrical engineering, geotechnical engineering,
<br />archeological, permitting, bidding assistance and limited
<br />construction administration. Miller Legg has performed
<br />wetland delineations and a bathymetric survey for the seawall
<br />component. The firm has also conducted a Bonneted Bat
<br />survey. The firm is assisting the City to gather community
<br />stakeholder input during the design process. Government
<br />agency permitting will be coordinated with Miami-Dade
<br />County DERM, WASD and SFWMD.
<br />City of Homestead Biscayne Everglades Trail Western
<br />Expansion Feasibility Study - Miller Legg was retained to
<br />conduct a feasibility study to assist the City of Homestead
<br />in determining the preferred 3-mile route and trail design
<br />Professional Experience:
<br />Mr. Bradley is a Project Manager and Landscape Architect
<br />supporting the firm’s projects including those in the public
<br />sector such as municipal parks and recreation master plans,
<br />park landscape, hardscape and irrigation design, educational
<br />facilities as well as streetscape for the Florida Department
<br />of Transportation.

<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Landscape Architecture
<br />Services Contract - Miller Legg is collaborating with the
<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach to provide a variety of landscape
<br />architecture services under the firm’s multi-year Continuing
<br />Services Contract for Landscape Architecture Services (2022
<br />– 2027). Tasks provided include DRC Assignments, Plans
<br />Review, Permit Reviews, Inspections for Final Closeouts,
<br />Arborist and Tree Inspections, Code Compliance for Tree
<br />Dispositions, Rose Garden Design for Meditation Garden
<br />at Town Center Park, Revised Technical Specifications for
<br />Environmental and Landscape Architecture, Review and
<br />Renew entire Landscape Architecture Code – existing and
<br />future, and Review and Update contract for Landscape
<br />Maintenance.
<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Landscape Ordinance Update
<br />- Under our Landscape Architecture Continuing Services
<br />Contract with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Miller Legg
<br />is reviewing and updating the City’s Landscape Ordinance,
<br />specifically, Article X, creation of residential landscape
<br />ordinances. Tasks include gathering and review ordinance
<br />against relevant municipalities and Miami-Dade County
<br />codes and standards, “Florida Grades and Standards for
<br />Nursery Plants 2022, (Grades and Standards only apply to
<br />nursery plants) ANSI A-300, University of Florida Institute
<br />of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) and other relevant
<br />standards for conformity to industry standards.
<br />City of Coral Gables Cooper and Moore Parks - Under
<br />our continuing services contract with the City of Coral
<br />Gables, Miller Legg is providing landscape architecture
