<br />City of Cooper City Hiatus Road & NE Lake Boulevard
<br />Improvements - As a subconsultant, performed topographic
<br />and subsurface utility engineering (SUE), tree inventory and
<br />disposition plans, as well as conceptual landscape plan for
<br />the construction of the proposed four leg roundabout at
<br />the intersection of Hiatus Road and NE Lake Boulevard.
<br />Lake Worth K Street Garage - Miller Legg is providing
<br />civil engineering design, landscape architecture, permitting,
<br />and construction phase services for a new publicly accessible,
<br />5-level, 300-space parking garage at the NW corner of 1st
<br />Avenue South and South K Street in downtown Lake Worth
<br />Beach. The project supports downtown revitalization and
<br />increases parking capacity in the core commercial area
<br />as part of a broader public-private partnership effort
<br />approved by the City Commission to address long-standing
<br />parking shortages and economic development goals.
<br />Project scope includes grading, stormwater management,
<br />pedestrian access, and coordination with adjacent mixed-
<br />use redevelopment sites, with construction anticipated to
<br />be complete in late 2026.
<br />City of Sunrise Oscar Wind Park Phase 2 - Under
<br />our Continuing Services Contract with the City Miller
<br />Legg is providing site planning, landscape architecture,
<br />civil engineering, architecture, structural, geotechnical
<br />and mechanical/electrical design for the proposed nature-
<br />themed improvements to the 10-acre Park. Proposed
<br />expansion include an airnasium with four covered lighted
<br />basketball courts, two covered lighted tennis courts, eight
<br />lighted pickleball courts, a 3,000 SF splashpad, four small
<br />pavilions, two large pavilions, a 3,000 SF community center,
<br />new pathways, sidewalks and plazas.
<br />City of Coconut Creek Government Center
<br />Improvements - Providing survey, civil engineering,
<br />landscape architecture and architecture design services
<br />for the proposed improvements to the Coconut Creek
<br />Government Center. This work is being performed under
<br />our Continuing Services Contract.
<br />City of Coconut Creek Oak Trails Park Improvements
<br />- Providing landscape architecture, arboriculture, irrigation,
<br />civil engineering, permitting and surveying services for
<br />the expansion of the existing park to a passive park while
<br />renovating an existing 1,000 SF building for classroom
<br />and restroom facilities. The design shall provide LEED
<br />certification while adhering to a $2.5 million project budget,
<br />partially funded by The Florida Communities Trust (FCT)
<br />grant requirements. This project is being completed under
<br />the firm’s Continuing Services Contract.
<br />City of Miami Gardens Performing Arts Center - Miller
<br />Legg is providing civil engineering, surveying, landscape
<br />architecture design services, traffic engineering services,
<br />permitting assistance and construction phase services for
<br />the new Miami Gardens Performing Arts Center. The
<br />Center will be built on 3.5 acres of land and will include
<br />a performing arts center, black box theater, youth center,
<br />culinary arts institute, STEM facility with classrooms with
<br />movable walls and an outdoor interactive playground to
<br />promote the development of youth through scientific and
<br />technological innovations. The center will be built through
<br />construction management at risk delivery method. Specific
<br />surveying services include boundary, topographic, SUE as
<br />well as sketch and descriptions. Miller Legg is a subconsultant
<br />to Stratus.
<br />Greater Boca Raton Beach and Parks District North
<br />Park Hills and Trails Design Services - Providing
<br />surveying, environmental, geotechnical, architectural, civil
<br />engineering, landscape architecture, lighting and permitting
<br />assistance services for the Site Plan Preparation, Design and
<br />Permitting of Phases 1 and 2 of the Northeast (Hills) and
<br />Southeast (Trails) quadrants of the proposed North Park.
<br />City of Wellington Aquatics Center Village Park A
<br />- For the new center located in the Village Park Athletics
<br />Complex, Miller Legg provided arborists and landscape
<br />architecture services. Scope includes design development,
<br />irrigation design, and construction observation. Our
<br />certified arborists performed a tree inventory and prepared
<br />a tree removal and/or relocation plan. Amenities include
<br />a multi-purpose pool with a play structure and rental
<br />cabanas, a competition pool, 7,500 SF pool house including
<br />a concession stand, locker rooms, as well as facility parking
