<br />City of Miami Brickell and Coconut Grove Seawalls -
<br />Miller Legg conducted biological surveys of benthic resources
<br />(seagrass, corals, and upland vegetation), prepared permit
<br />applications, and RAI responses in order to submit permit
<br />applications for the replacement of three distinct seawall
<br />projects between SE 25th Road to Matheson Avenue
<br />and Brickell Bay in the City of Miami. Miller Legg was a
<br />subconsultant to BCC Engineering for this Miscellaneous
<br />Continuing Services Contract project.
<br />Doral Glades Park Wetlands Monitoring - Provided
<br />environmental services, including wetlands monitoring.
<br />Project involves wetland mitigation, site compliance review
<br />and maintenance, contractor observation and oversight,
<br />as well as pre- and post-herbicidal contractor review for
<br />treatment of invasive/exotic and nuisance plant species. In
<br />addition, this project includes the submission of annual Florida
<br />Communities Trust (FCT) stewardship reports on behalf of
<br />the City.
<br />City of Miami Beach Seawall 48th Street Coral
<br />Relocation - Miller Legg is temporarily relocating corals
<br />during N Bay Road and 48th Street End Seawall project.
<br />Once construction is complete, and the turbidity curtains
<br />are removed, the biologists will survey the new riprap
<br />to determine a location that will afford the coral the best
<br />chance for stability and long-term survival. The coral will
<br />be placed within the riprap so that its orientation and depth
<br />are comparable with its original position. A post relocation
<br />report will be completed, including a site plan that identifies
<br />the relocated coral, pre- and post-locations of the coral,
<br />and the anticipated survivability. In addition, Miller Legg
<br />will prepare a one week, one month and six months post
<br />relocation coral monitoring reports.
<br />City of Miami North Grapeland Heights Seawall
<br />between NW 13th Street and NW 32nd Avenue - Miller
<br />Legg is conducting biological surveys of benthic resources
<br />(seagrass, corals, and upland vegetation), preparing permit
<br />applications, and RAI responses in order to obtain needed
<br />permits for the 91 linear feet shoreline bank stabilization
<br />Professional Experience:
<br />Mr. Dancho is a Biologist, Certified Arborist, and Registered
<br />Burrowing Owl Agent responsible for performing
<br />investigations on biological and ecological impacts as well
<br />as tree surveys affecting the firm’s public and private
<br />sector projects. Specific responsibilities include: wetland
<br />determinations and delineations, wetland mitigation design
<br />and monitoring, environmental permitting, threatened and
<br />endangered species surveys and assessments, habitat mapping
<br />and tree inventories and arborist services.

<br />Arborist and Tree Inspections, Code Compliance for Tree
<br />Dispositions, Rose Garden Design for Meditation Garden
<br />at Town Center Park, Revised Technical Specifications for
<br />Environmental and Landscape Architecture, Review and
<br />Renew entire Landscape Architecture Code – existing and
<br />future, and Review and Update contract for Landscape
<br />Maintenance.
<br />City of Miami E.G. Sewell Park - Under contract with
<br />the City for program development, pre-design, master
<br />planning design, public involvement workshops, construction
<br />documents and construction administration services.
<br />The scope of services includes landscape architecture,
<br />environmental, civil engineering, topographical surveying,
<br />SUE, arborist, structural engineering, electrical engineering,
<br />geotechnical engineering, archeological, permitting, bidding
<br />assistance and limited construction administration.
<br />City of Miami Fairlawn Community Park - Under our
<br />continuing services contract, provided programming, pre-
<br />design, construction documents, and construction phase
<br />services for a new 1-acre Community Park on SW 63rd
<br />Avenue. Scope included planning, civil, structural, electrical,
