Justin Architects will provide conceptual <br />designs for the renovation of the existing breezeway, campus <br />signage and wayfinding and monument signs. <br />Broward County Andrews Avenue Corridor Design <br />Improvements - For this County roadway corridor <br />improvement project between Oakland Park Boulevard and <br />NW 13th Street, Miller Legg provided permitting, irrigation <br />and landscape architecture plans for median tree relocations <br />for the on and off-site plantings. In addition, the firm provided <br />GIS and surveying services including 3D laser scanning in the <br />field, processing the point clouds (registration, classification, <br />conversions etc.) and digitized the point clouds to produce <br />the DTM maps. Miller Legg was a subconsultant to Marlin <br />Engineering for this Broward County Transportation Surtax <br />funded project. <br />Suwannee County Project Summit Master Plan - Miller <br />Legg will prepare a Master Plan for the Project Summit parcel. <br />The Master Plan addresses the parcel’s future facilities, uses, <br />programs and recommend modifications, improvements <br />and enhancement to create a hurricane shelter and sports <br />tourism destination. The proposed hurricane shelter shall <br />double as a destination sports tourism fieldhouse for both <br />local and regional residents. The master plan will include both <br />active and passive facilities. <br />Everglades Holiday Park Arena - Providing survey, <br />geotechnical, environmental, civil, mechanical, structural <br />engineering, landscape architecture, permitting assistance <br />and construction phase services for the proposed arena at <br />Everglades Holiday Park. <br />City of Hollywood Harrison Street Parking Garage - <br />Miller Legg is providing professional surveying, subsurface <br />utility engineering, civil engineering, landscape architecture, <br />irrigation design, construction administration, and limited <br />construction observation services to support the design, <br />permitting, construction, and project close-out of a design- <br />build 350-space parking garage with City administrative <br />and operational facilities. These services help ensure a <br />coordinated, efficient project delivery from initial design <br />through final completion. <br />and associated parking lot, design of three sewage pump <br />stations, water distribution system design, sanitary sewage <br />collection and transmission system design, off-site force <br />main, traffic engineering, surveying, water quality data <br />analysis, hypothesis development and review, sediment <br />analysis, fishery analysis, rip-rap design, benthic macro- <br />invertebrate identification, seagrass survey, mitigation credit <br />determination, and USACE dredge and fill permitting. The <br />seagrass survey was conducted using scuba diving and digital <br />global positioning satellite equipment and included transect/ <br />quadrant measurements of seagrass density, abundance, and <br />frequency of occurrence. <br />Upland Park Mixed-Use Development Phase 1 - Miller <br />Legg is providing environmental and landscape architecture <br />services for the development of a proposed Miami-Dade <br />County 44-acre mixed-use development containing 30 <br />acres of undeveloped upland with some dispersed wetlands. <br />The scope of services comprises jurisdictional wetland <br />documentation and habitat evaluation for presence of Federal <br />and State listed species for permitting purposes. Miller Legg <br />is responsible for Preliminary Natural Resource Permitting <br />investigations, a Wetland Jurisdictional Determination, a <br />Natural Resources Evaluation Report covering threatened <br />and endangered species, Environmental Resource Permitting <br />for applications to the USACOE/FDEP, SFWMD and Miami- <br />Dade DERM, along with RAI responses. Firm biologists <br />conducted a Florida Bonneted Bat Limited Roost Survey to <br />determine whether the mature trees within the project area <br />were being used as roosting areas by this endangered species. <br />Miller Legg prepared a certified arborist review report <br />incorporating the Park and Ride project parcel component and <br />landscape architecture services. The landscape architecture <br />scope includes hardscape, site amenities, landscape, landscape <br />lighting, irrigation schematic design, design development and <br />construction documents. <br />City of Coconut Creek Government Center <br />Improvements - Miller Legg is providing survey, civil <br />engineering, landscape architecture, arborist and architecture <br />design services for the proposed improvements to the <br />Coconut Creek Government Center. Scope includes removal <br />of overgrown vegetation and palms in plaza, seating areas and <br />event space incorporated into the plaza, parking lot design <br />for additional parking spaces, enhancement of the breezeway <br />including seating zones and updated finish improvements, <br />investigate replacement of City Hall sewer lines, drainage <br />inventory and analysis in the plaza and breezeway, monument <br />and directional signage throughout the site, conceptual <br />location of electrical improvements in the courtyard for <br />future connections, graphics and data provided for grant <br />assistance and Order of Magnitude Opinion of Probable Cost <br />(OPC). This work is being performed under our Continuing <br />Arnold Haynes, PSM
