The Study Area <br />is from the C-103 Canal Crossing at East Mowry Drive to the <br />192nd Avenue intersection with West Mowry Drive. Miller <br />Legg’s scope comprises compilation of an existing conditions <br />inventory, preparation of a matrix of criteria to use in the <br />evaluation of the potential trail alignments, preparation of <br />various preliminary alignment alternatives with Opinions of <br />Probable Cost, development of a preferred alignment with <br />location, typical design, proposed enhancements, right of way/ <br />property issues associated with implementation, potential <br />property acquisitions, followed by creation of the Feasibility <br />Report for presentation to the City Council. The Study was <br />funded by an FDOT SUN Trail Grant. <br />City of Miami West End Park Survey & SUE - Miller <br />Legg provided boundary and topographic surveying services <br />along with an underground utility survey of West End Park <br />in Miami. The 7-acre active park offers playground, swimming <br />pool, baseball, tennis, pavilion and picnic facilities in addition <br />to a community center. <br />City of Homestead Biscayne-Everglades Greenway Trail <br />- Among the services Miller Legg provided for this 3.2 mile, <br />12-foot-wide Biscayne Everglades Greenway shared-use trail <br />project are landscape architectural, engineering, surveying <br />and environmental services including preparation of FDOT- <br />approved construction documents, design of regulatory and <br />wayfinding signs, pavement markings, safe pedestrian push <br />button crossing and necessary drainage within the C-103 <br />Canal right-of-way from East Mowry Drive to SW 137th <br />Avenue in Homestead. The scope of services was based upon <br />a 2017 Florida Shared-use Non-Motorized Trail Agreement <br />between the City of Homestead and FDOT. Topographic <br />and SUE services were delivered. The scope included <br />engineering design and permitting services for the shared-use <br />trail, associated drainage and roadway pedestrian crossings. <br />The firm also carried out Preliminary Natural Resource and <br />Protected Species Investigations and documents related <br />to designation of the Project by FDOT as a Documented <br />Categorical Exclusion. The project was funded by a SUN Trail <br />Grant through FDOT <br />City of Miami Gardens Rolling Oaks Regional Park <br />- Renovations of the Rolling Oaks Regional Park included <br />Professional Experience: <br />Ms. Podolskaya is a Senior Survey CAD Technician who <br />specializes in right-of-way surveying, boundary surveying <br />and construction layout. She has worked on boundary, <br />topographic, right-of-way, engineering design, construction <br />layout, and control surveys overseeing and assisting <br />with numerous projects for the Florida Department of <br />Transportation, utilizing MicroStation. She also is experienced <br />in AutoCAD working with numerous government and private <br />sector clients including municipalities and counties, as well as <br />for educational facilities and health care clients, and private <br />developers. <br />Relevant Project Experience: <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Gwen Margolis Park and <br />Pelican Community Park Artificial Turf - The project <br />consisted of the reconstruction of existing natural turf fields <br />at Pelican Community Park and Senator Gwen Margolis Park <br />in the City of Sunny Isles Beach with artificial turf. Miller <br />Legg provided the preparation and permitting of drainage <br />plans to collect under the new drain systems installed as <br />part of the project, as well as surveying services. In addition, <br />construction observation was provided to verify compliance <br />with the plans and for the certification of the project through <br />regulatory agencies. <br />City of Miami E.G.
