The <br />neighborhood is within the following boundaries: SR 84 to <br />the north, Nova Drive to the south, Pine Island Road to the <br />west and the eastern boundary of Davie Golf Course to the <br />east. <br />City of Deerfield Beach Constitution Park Community <br />Center - Miller Legg is providing civil engineering and <br />landscape architecture design services for the redevelopment <br />of the Constitution Park Community Center in Deerfield <br />Beach. Responsibilities included innovative site planning, <br />hardscape and softscape design, integration of accessible <br />public spaces, and enhancement of outdoor recreational <br />and gathering areas within the existing Constitution Park & <br />Arboretum. Coordinating permitting and regulatory approvals <br />with municipal and county agencies, manage environmental <br />and site development compliance, and support construction <br />phase services to ensure design intent is realized on site. <br />Working closely with City staff and stakeholders to balance <br />functional community needs with aesthetic, sustainable <br />landscape solutions. The project supports enhancement of <br />one of Deerfield Beach’s key park and recreation assets— <br />featuring community gathering spaces, improved pedestrian <br />connectivity, and revitalized site character within the existing <br />park context. Miller Legg is a subconsultant to Gurri Matute <br />Architects. <br />City of Weston Vista Park Phase II Recreation Center <br />- Miller Legg is providing survey, SUE, landscape architecture, <br />and civil engineering for the development of a new 40,000 <br />SF recreation center with a multipurpose gymnasium with <br />three basketball courts, an upstairs running track, a fitness/ <br />activity room, multipurpose rooms, break room, bathrooms, <br />storage, standby power, and other required and support <br />spaces. The park site will also contain a shaded playground, <br />splashpad, multipurpose courts, shade structure, and a new <br />exit/access drive to Vista Park Boulevard. The recreation <br />complex aims to provide Weston residents with year-round <br />programming beyond traditional outdoor spaces. Miller Legg <br />is a subconsultant to Wannemacher Jensen Architects for this <br />project. <br />geotechnical engineering, architecture, MEP engineering, civil <br />engineering, landscape architecture, lighting design, permitting <br />assistance and preparation of site plans and construction <br />documents. The project supports the City’s vision of creating <br />a signature community park that enhances recreational <br />opportunities, preserves natural resources and provides open <br />space for generations to come. <br />Everglades Holiday Park Arena - Miller Legg is providing <br />survey, geotechnical, environmental, civil, mechanical, <br />structural engineering, landscape architecture, permitting <br />assistance and construction phase services for the new <br />proposed animal interaction arena at Everglades Holiday <br />Park. Arena will contain seating for up to 600 spectators. <br />Environmental scope includes preliminary natural resource <br />permitting investigations, jurisdictional determination and <br />agency pre-application, environmental resource permitting, <br />mitigation analysis and a Bonneted Bat roost survey. A <br />topographical survey, arborist tree inventory, tree removal/ <br />relocation plans and limited construction observation are <br />included in the scope as well. <br />Broward County Parks and Recreation West Lake <br />Park Phase 4 - Miller Legg was again selected to provide <br />environmental, surveying and engineering services for this <br />1,500-acre Broward County and State-owned tidal estuarine <br />park in Hollywood, this time for the fourth (4th) segment. <br />The scope of services includes mitigation design and dredge <br />and fill permitting through US Army Corps of Engineers <br />(USACOE) and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation <br />Commission (FWCC) to encourage natural/pioneer <br />mangrove propagation, preservation of existing mangroves, <br />negotiation of permit modifications through Broward County <br />Environmental Protection Department (BCEPD), South <br />Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and USACOE <br />services. Specific tasks being provided for this segment are <br />the following: Wetland Determination, Seagrass Surveys, <br />Environmental Resource Permitting (USACOE, SFWMD), <br />Restoration Design including use of Drone, Civil Engineering, <br />Surveying, Soil Disposal Coordination and Administration <br />and Planting (over 63,000 plants) Review & Rip Rap & <br />Marine Wetland Protection Design. Miller Legg will provide <br />compliance monitoring services for a five-year period after <br />construction completion. <br />Town of Davie Park City East Neighborhood Drainage <br />Study - Under our Continuing Services Contract, Miller <br />Legg is performing a stormwater analysis for the 173-acre <br />Park City East residential subdivision by assessing the existing <br />conditions to formulate recommendations to address the <br />drainage deficiencies. The neighborhood experiences flooding <br />after significant rain events and certain N-11A and N-12 canal <br />conditions. One of the considerations being explored is the <br />Saeid Zare, GISP
