QUALIFICAtIoNS 55P261925RFQ # 26-07-01 • CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) <br />Citywide Dune Management Plan <br />Moffatt & Nichol was retained to assist the City with <br />developing an updated Dune Management Plan to <br />address dune maintenance and creation goals and <br />provide a road map for the prioritized management and <br />implementation of dune restoration and enhancement <br />projects. Moffatt & Nichol conducted a comprehensive <br />assessment of the dune vegetation in order to identify <br />areas of concern and provide recommendations for <br />the ideal dune conditions that the City should strive to <br />maintain. Moffatt & Nichol’s assessment found that the <br />City’s ongoing efforts to manage its dune ecosystem <br />have resulted in a largely healthy and robust dune <br />vegetation community characterized by the prevalence <br />of a diverse palette of native species.
