PDS <br />performed detailed topographic and right-of- <br />way surveying for approximately 26,550 linear <br />feet of roadway, including a 0.3-acre site for a <br />proposed pump station, documenting ROW <br />limits, property features, utilities, and existing <br />surface conditions.
