<br />E16-DTPW-02 Professional Service Agreement for Engineering for DTPW Cip, Miami-Dade County, FL
<br />Mr. Jurado served as QA/QC Lead supporting planning, engineering, and survey services for projects
<br />under the Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) Capital
<br />Improvement Plan and the Strategic Miami Area Rapid Transit (SMART) Plan. He reviewed and verified
<br />survey and documentation deliverables, including boundary and topographic surveys, elevation
<br />certificates, legal descriptions, and public records research prepared to support right-of-way and
<br />contract documentation. Mr. Jurado also performed QA/QC reviews of traffic data collection and
<br />supporting reports for multiple intersections along the South Corridor, ensuring accuracy, completeness,
<br />and compliance with project requirements and Miami-Dade County standards.

<br />Citywide CIP Water & Sewer Improvement Surveys. City of Opa-Locka, FL.
<br />Mr. Jurado served as the QA/QC Professional for this project, overseeing the review, verification, and
<br />final approval of all survey drawings and deliverables. He ensured the accuracy and completeness of
<br />topographic route surveys covering more than 200,000 LF of roadway designated for water and sewer
<br />improvements under the City of Opa-Locka’s CIP program. Mr. Jurado also performed quality checks on
<br />data integration, confirmed compliance with project standards, and supported the preparation of design
<br />criteria packages for project letting.

<br />2019-18 Parks Bond Program Management Services, Miami-Dade County, FL
<br />Mr. Jurado was the QA/QC for this project where Premiere Design Solutions was retained by the City of
<br />Doral as a Sub-Consultant of the Doral Parks Bond Program to perform this endeavor. The project site
<br />included approximately 131,111 SF and 52,832 SF in total area, survey area included public sidewalks and
<br />public roads ROW to ROW, outside the mentioned sites. With this, the total area survey was about
<br />240,000 SF (5.5 Acres), plus adjacent roadways. Scope required an ALTA Survey as requested by the
<br />client, and included specific information about existing trees, traffic signs, sanitary and drainage manhole
<br />information, and full ROW to ROW survey of roads fronting the project area except NW 84 Avenue.

<br />12308-296 Parks Bond and Parks Master Plan Design Implementation Services. Broward County, FL.
<br />Mr. Jurado is serving as the QA/QC for the City of Fort Lauderdale Parks Bond Improvement Program, a
<br />$200 million initiative supporting the planning, design, and construction of improvements at more than
<br />90 parks citywide. In this role, he oversees quality control for PDS’s professional surveying and
<br />underground utility location services performed in coordination with AECOM. Mr. Jurado reviews ALTA,
<br />boundary, ROW-to-ROW, and topographic surveys; utility verifications; manhole and tree surveys; and
<br />pavement and signage data collection. His QA/QC oversight ensures accuracy, consistency, and
<br />compliance with City standards across completed and ongoing work orders covering more than 250
<br />acres at approximately 25 park locations.

<br />PNC2119245P1 Consultant Services for Transit Surveys, Infrastructure and Shelter Designs. Broward
<br />County, FL.
<br />Mr. Jurado served as the Principal for this multi-year project focused on improving transit facilities
<br />throughout Broward County. The project included ADA Improvements at Bus Stops, Bus Shelter
<br />Expansion Program, Bus Bay Enhancements, and Transit Terminal Improvements. PDS enhanced bus stop
<br />accessibility by providing ADA-compliant routes, including sloped sidewalks, FDOT-approved curb
<br />ramps, landing pads, and protective curbing, while relocating obstructing amenities and optimizing
<br />shelter placement for safety and compliance. The scope of services included field data collection,
<br />topographic and ROW surveys, utility coordination, engineering design documents, permitting, and
<br />construction support for more than 500 bus shelters/stops. Mr. Jurado coordinated the scope of work
<br />assigned to PDS, held regular meetings with the Client and Owner, reviewed engineering plans, and
<br />assisted in negotiating permitting requirements with regulatory agencies.
