<br />Mr. Eckardt currently serves as Project Manager for this contract, providing comprehensive design
<br />services that include preliminary site investigations and inspections, surveying, hydraulic analysis,
<br />coordination with municipalities and the public, preparation of design reports, drawings, contract
<br />specifications, and design-build criteria packages, as well as assistance during permitting and
<br />procurement. He also leads engineering support during construction, performing periodic site
<br />inspections, attending meetings, reviewing shop drawings and RFIs, evaluating claims and change
<br />orders, reviewing schedules and as-built drawings. Under this contract, Mr. Eckardt has successfully
<br />completed numerous work orders, including the engineering design, permitting, and construction
<br />support services for 17 pump stations with a combined flow rate exceeding 6,000 GPM.

<br />Mr. Eckardt served as Project Manager for this effort, overseeing the delivery of Professional Land
<br />Surveying Services to support the City of Miami’s Stormwater Infrastructure Project for flood mitigation
<br />in the East Flagami area. He was responsible for coordinating project execution, managing schedules
<br />and survey crews, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all survey deliverables. Under his
<br />leadership, PDS conducted a comprehensive survey of approximately 26,550 linear feet of roadway and
<br />a 0.3 -acre parcel designated for a new pump station. Mr. Eckardt’s management ensured that all survey
<br />data met project requirements and supported the design team’s development of effective flood
<br />mitigation improvements.

<br />PNC2119245P1 Transit Surveys, Infrastructure & Shelter Improvement at Bus Stops, Broward County
<br />Transit
<br />Mr. Eckardt was the QA/QC of this project, which was a multi-year project consisting of improving transit
<br />facilities throughout Broward County. This project was subdivided into ADA Improvements at Bus Stops,
<br />Bus Shelter Expansion Program, Bus Bay Enhancements and Transit Terminal Improvements. PDS
<br />enhanced bus stop accessibility by providing ADA-compliant routes, including sloped sidewalks, FDOT-
<br />approved curb ramps, landing pads, and protective curbing, while relocating obstructing amenities and
<br />optimizing shelter placement for safety and compliance. services included field data collection,
<br />topographic and ROW surveys, utility coordination, engineering design documents, permitting, and
<br />construction support for more than 500 bus shelters/stops. Mr. Eckardt permitted over 75 locations in
<br />several municipalities and provided construction support services, he conducted an evaluation and
<br />assisted the client presenting options and improvements to municipalities and in public meetings.

<br />12308-296 Parks Bond and Parks Master Plan Design Implementation Services. Broward County, FL
<br />Mr. Eckardt serves as Project Manager for the City of Fort Lauderdale Parks Bond Improvement Program,
<br />overseeing surveying and underground utility location services across more than 250 acres at 25 park
<br />locations. He directs ALTA, boundary, and ROW-to-ROW surveys, utility verification, and topographic
<br />mapping using the NGVD 29 vertical datum, as well as data collection for pavement markings, signage,
<br />and striping. In addition, he manages sanitary sewer and stormwater manhole surveys, tree surveys, and
<br />overall project coordination, ensuring accurate, high-quality deliverables that support the planning,
<br />design, and construction of park improvements throughout the City.

<br />2019-18 Parks Bond Program Management Services, Miami-Dade County, FL
<br />Mr. Eckardt served as Project Manager for this project, overseeing the delivery of professional surveying
<br />services provided under the City of Doral Parks Bond Program. He managed project execution, client
<br />coordination, and quality control of survey deliverables for approximately 240,000 SF (5.5 Acres) of
<br />survey area, including the project sites, adjacent public sidewalks, and roadway rights-of-way. His
<br />responsibilities included overseeing the preparation of the ALTA Survey, coordination of field survey
<br />activities, and verification of collected data related to existing trees, traffic signs, sanitary and drainage
<br />structures, and roadway features. Mr. Eckardt ensured that all survey documents met client requirements,
<br />applicable standards, and project objectives, supporting the successful planning and implementation of
<br />park improvements.
