Mr. Fernandez is a <br />professional proficient in the use of different kinds of Data <br />Collectors, Total Station and other surveying equipment, and is <br />familiar with the process of developing Topographic Surveys and <br />As-Built Drawings Miami-Dade County and Broward County, <br />conducting surveys of above ground features and utility <br />verifications, roadway surveys, construction stake-out and utility <br />project as-builts. Mr. Fernandez is a diligent worker with <br />knowledge of AutoCAD and various tools of trade. He can <br />manage multiple tasks, work on projects autonomously, and work <br />as required to meet deadlines. Mr. Fernandez has recently <br />developed as-builts for water and sewer connections, conducted <br />multiple Right-Of-Way surveys for Transit Improvements and is <br />familiar with the department’s requirements for Topographic <br />surveys. Mr. Fernandez is a Florida Registered Land Surveyor and <br />participates personally in field data collection of all assignments <br />under his control, qualifying him as a surveyor with extensive field <br />knowledge and experience. <br /> <br />Relevant Experience <br />E20-WASD -01B General Land and Engineering Surveying and <br />Mapping Services, Miami-Dade County, FL. <br />This project consists of providing land surveying and Subsurface <br />Utility Engineering (SUE) services for water and wastewater <br />projects identified in WASD's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br />• WO1 - Sunny Isles Boulevard & Collins Avenue. Mr. Fernandez <br />serves as the Survey Lead for this project, overseeing the <br />Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) efforts requested by <br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer (WASD) at the intersection of <br />Sunny Isles Boulevard and Collins Avenue. His responsibilities <br />focus on directing and performing up to ten soft digs, <br />verifying underground utility locations, documenting field <br />conditions, and ensuring all investigations comply with FDOT <br />standards for these state-maintained roadways. <br />• WO2 - Carol City Facility Survey. Mr. Fernandez serves as the <br />Survey Lead for this project, overseeing all land surveying <br />activities required to support the Miami-Dade Water and <br />Sewer Department (WASD) at the Carol City Facility. His <br />responsibilities include directing field crews in the full survey <br />of the 16-acre property covering the canal, pond, and all <br />internal features, as well as managing approximately 3,500 <br />linear feet of ROW-to-ROW survey along surrounding <br />roadways. He ensures accurate data collection, adherence to <br />county and municipal standards, and the successful delivery <br />of comprehensive survey documentation for WASD. <br /> <br />38
