<br />Miller Legg & Associates, Inc. (dba Miller Legg) is a 61-year-old statewide award-winning consulting
<br />firm that brings together the elements of landscape
<br />architecture and urban design, environmental natural systems
<br />consulting, civil engineering, surveying/SUE, planning, and
<br />geographic information systems services.
<br />Miller Legg works successfully to improve communities and
<br />create environments for a variety of clients. Client sectors
<br />include municipal and county government such as public works
<br />and engineering, transportation, parks and recreation,
<br />healthcare, education, federal and international. This offers our
<br />clients a firm of seasoned professionals who are leaders in the
<br />Florida consulting industry.
<br />Miller Legg, established in 1965, has locations in Sunrise
<br />(headquarters), Miami, Tampa, and Port St. Lucie. The firm is a
<br />Florida Corporation and currently has 50 employees.
<br />The firm’s landscape architecture services include:
<br />parks, recreation and open space planning, commercial
<br />planning, urban design, streetscape, signage design,
<br />graphic design, planting, hardscape, irrigation, project theming,
<br />contract administration, construction observation services, plan
<br />review, horticultural consulting and arboriculture.
<br />The firm has completed numerous municipal, county, state and
<br />federal projects ranging from regional water and sewer utilities,
<br />streetscapes, streets and highways, neighborhood
<br />improvement and redevelopment projects, educational facilities
<br />site planning, cemeteries, neighborhood parks and golf course
<br />designs to aviation facilities.
<br />Additionally, the firm has successfully completed several
<br />thousand private sector projects including residential
<br />developments from two to 7,000 acres, industrial and office
<br />sites, hotels and theme park facilities, marinas, golf courses, hospitals and medical office complexes,
<br />commercial properties, retail shopping centers and franchise properties.
<br />The firm has been involved with more than 200,000 acres of project design development in Florida. Our
