Some projects provided under these contracts include: LHP Phase III Project: KEITH provided SUE services that focused on the identification, location, and mapping of existing underground utilities. KEITH performed horizontal designation and location services, including up to 29 test holes along a reclaimed water main. These efforts involved the use of electromagnetic equipment and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to mark both conductive and non-conductive utilities. KEITH conducted surveying services to capture the surface markings using Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) GPS. Leisureville Sketch and Legals: KEITH prepared 19 sketch and legal descriptions in support of 10’ wide FPL easements between various adjacent pairs of lots. Pompano Public Access Dock: KEITH prepared a Specific Purpose Survey at the site. Survey shall show the McNab Road right-of-way line and the SFWMD right-of-way lines together with the location of the seawall at Brew Fish with the top of cap elevation, the dock structure, and the centerline of channel. 2410 NE 2nd Ave Sketch and Legal: KEITH prepared a sketch and legal description for a portion of Lot 22, Block 2, in the Skylake Subdivision. McNab Road Parking Area: KEITH prepared a Topographic Survey of the northern parking lot and driveway at McNab Rd and Cypress Club Drive. KEITH field located all native tree species over 4 inches in diameter. 1221 NE 8th Court Sketch and Legal: KEITH prepared a sketch and legal description for a portion of the Right of Way of Spruce Avenue. Lake Santa Barbara and Wahoo Bay: KEITH prepared five sketches to accompany legal description at two locations within the Intracoastal Waterway. New Office Trailers - Specific Purpose Survey: KEITH updated a specific purpose survey by obtaining additional topographic data for the Public Works Facility. Sketch and Legal Description – FPL Easement: KEITH prepared a sketch and legal description describing the limits of a proposed Florida Power and Light Company Easement within the property. Services also included field location of installed utilities, site boundary monumentation and Section Corners for document preparation. Palm Aire Legal Description: KEITH prepared a sketch and legal description for exterior portions of Palm Aire, located on both sides of Atlantic Boulevard between the Florida Turnpike McNab Road, Powerline Road, and NW 5th Street (approximately 1,580 acres). The sketch and description were used to process a land use plan amendment through the city, county and State of Florida. Pompano Beach Airpark - Survey & Platting: KEITH provided surveying services for a portion of the Pompano Beach Airpark for future development. The site includes four parcels at 1502, 1551, 1670, and 1700 NE 5th Avenue. KEITH is conducting a boundary survey to map out boundary lines and surface features like buildings, roads, sidewalks, utilities, heavily wooded areas, and storm and sanitary structures. Pompano Beach Elementary School: KEITH prepared a Specific Purpose Survey that depicted the existing concrete sidewalk along NE 13th Ave relative to the right of way lines. 46
