Projects under this contract include: <br />Bella Vista Park: Development of a new park at the Bella Vista Park site, approximately <br />0.9-acres. KEITH provided civil, survey, subsurface utility engineering, planning, <br />and landscape architecture services. KEITH coordinated subconsultants for the <br />provision of structural and environmental engineering, electrical engineering, and <br />geotechnical engineering services completing the multi-disciplinary team. All phases <br />from early development and design through final construction documents are being <br />developed by this team of industry professionals. Park reconstruction consisting <br />proposed demolition new site grading. New water service for proposed fountain and <br />concrete access. <br />Town Center Park: Town Center Park is an existing 3.5-acre space in downtown Sunny <br />Isles Beach. KEITH was selected to provide civil and landscape architecture upgrades <br />to the western portion of the park. The park upgrades include landscape and <br />hardscape design, tree inventory, and preliminary engineering design development <br />plans, including utility information, water, sanitary sewer, and drainage. KEITH <br />coordinated meetings with the City of Sunny Isles and its Planning and Development <br />Services Department. Civil and landscape construction documents were developed <br />in coordination with the City and required regulatory agencies’ approval. Survey <br />services for this project were provided by KEITH under a previous contract. <br />A new park at Ritz Carlton Center site: This project involves the development of a <br />new park in downtown Sunny Isles Beach. KEITH provided survey, civil engineering, <br />planning, and landscape architecture. Through a subconsultant, geotechnical and <br />site lighting were coordinated. KEITH coordinated a multi-disciplinary team to <br />manage the project development from initial design phase through construction <br />documentation. Park renovation project consisting of new site grading, new sewer <br />connection and drainage permits. <br />47
