PA+M <br />SCHEDULE CONTROL, COST CONTROL AND QUALITY CONTROL <br />All our projects are planned and have been completed in their realistic time and budgets as applicable to their specific and unique <br />programmatic requirements and conditions and with the full communication with the project team and the client to always ensure <br />situational awareness. <br />Those that have required adjustments to schedule and costs, have been addressed and controlled systematically due to the <br />variety of reasons of an individual project, unrealistic timeline and/or budgets, third party delays which are beyond any control of <br />owner or a/e, or programmatic changes. We, at Chisholm Architects, make a concerted effort to meet timelines and budgets <br />regardless of second- or third-party delays and in the variety of instances that we do not, there are always delays which can be <br />attributed to other parties, mostly due to unforeseen or third-party circumstances. <br />The Chisholm in-house Team is composed of experienced professionals in architectural design, construction, and <br />project management. <br />Every aspect of the creative process has been carefully evaluated to ensure empirical research is applied, the most efficient <br />methods are used, and the best possible product is delivered, with a focus on quality, ease of maintenance, and long-term <br />durability. The approach to any and all projects is the standard but enhanced (through documentation) Design and Construction <br />industry approach. The foundation for this approach to the practice of architecture is sound and proven to be effective.
