Ross has supported the Department on a wide range of projects over many years, and <br />their staff have consistently been responsive, technically strong, and easy to work with through design and construction. <br />Yes, without reservation. <br />Yes. Ross devoted the time and personnel needed to complete each of these projects. Four of them alone accounted for well over 50,000 linear <br />feet of water main design, and they have delivered many more for the Department over the years with the same level of commitment. <br />Excellent.
