He has overseen the planning and design of a variety of municipal and site <br />development projects. Mr. Fontaneau is primarily responsible for the engineering <br />design and preparation of plans and specifications most of which consist of the design <br />of roadway improvements, storm drainage systems, water and sanitary sewer <br />pipelines, pump stations and site development projects. <br />Relevant Experience <br />Roadway & Drainage Improvements NW South River Drive 116 Way and NW 121 <br />Way | Project Manager <br />The scope of work for this project was to provide engineering design, preparation of <br />construction documents, plans processing and permitting (Town of Medley, Miami- <br />Dade County Public Works, and Miami-Dade County Regulatory and Economic <br />Resources (RER, formerly DERM)), as well as providing construction phase support <br />services to the Town of Medley for the construction of NW South River Drive between <br />NW 121st Way and NW 116th Way. <br /> <br />Town of Cutler Bay SW 200th St & SW 103rd Ave Traffic Roundabout | Project <br />Manager <br />The scope of work for this project was to provide engineering design, preparation of <br />construction documents, plans processing and permitting (Town of Cutler Bay, FDOT <br />Reviews, and Miami-Dade County Regulatory and Economic Resources (RER), and <br />provide limited construction phase support services to the Town of Cutler Bay for the <br />construction of a new traffic circle at SW 200th Street and SW 103rd Avenue. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvements Subarea K - Phase I | Project Manager <br />The Scope of Work consists of the project management, design and preparation of <br />construction documents for the construction of sewer improvements recommended in <br />the City of South Miami (City) Sanitary Sewer Master Plan – Subarea “K”, dated <br />November 7th, 2016. This work shall include contracting and coordinating all work with <br />specialty firms (Electrical and Structural Engineers, Landscape Architect, Surveyors <br />and Geotechnical); and the preparation and submittal design calculations, applications <br />and plans for “dry-run” and “final” review by local regulatory agencies including City of <br />South Miami, MDWASD, MDCPWD, and RER. <br /> <br />Roadway & Drainage Improvements E. 13th Street | Project Manager <br />The scope of work for this project is to provide limited engineering design, permitting <br />(Miami-Dade County Public Works, DERM), and provide Bid and Award, and Limited <br />Construction phase support services to the City of Hialeah for a previous designed and <br />permitted roadway and drainage improvement project.
