6.4 Schedule Management

Schindler Architects understands
that maintaining project schedules
is essential to the successful
delivery of continuing services
assignments. At the beginning of
each task, the firm will work with
City staff to establish realistic
milestones based on the scope,
complexity, permitting
requirements, and priorities of the
assignment.

Progress will be monitored
throughout each phase, with
attention given to upcoming
decisions, required reviews,
regulatory approvals, and other
activities that could affect the
schedule. When an issue has the
potential to cause a delay,
Schindler will communicate it
promptly and work with City staff to
identify practical solutions and
keep the assignment moving
forward.

The firm’s streamlined structure
and direct principal involvement
enable efficient decision-making
and resource adjustments as
project priorities change. Schindler
also recognizes that some
continuing services assignments
may require an expedited
response and is prepared to accommodate time-sensitive needs when they arise.

The goal is to provide the City with realistic schedules, dependable follow-through, and early
communication so there are no unnecessary surprises as an assignment progresses.
