Grant Writing & Program Support (RFQ §3.2.1) <br />TEC prepares and administers funding pursuits alongside its engineering work: $1.5M in EPA Community Project <br />Funding packages for the City of North Miami Beach; FEMA Public Assistance delivery for Collier County's Hurricane <br />Ian recovery (200+ Project Worksheets); and familiarity with FDEP SRF and state appropriation processes. For Sunny <br />Isles Beach, every eligible capital Work Order will include a funding-opportunity screen at the study phase — at no <br />added ceremony, as part of how TEC scopes. <br />Technology <br />AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vehicle Tracking for design; ArcGIS Pro for computerized mapping, utility records, and live CIP <br />dashboards (deployed for the Town of Bay Harbor Islands); RISA/ETABS/SAP/SAFE for structural components; <br />Primavera P6 for CPM scheduling; and e-Builder / Autodesk Construction Cloud for daily reporting, RFI/submittal <br />management, and document control with City visibility.
