<br />Maintenance RCI Data Collection and Analysis, FDOT District 7. Project Manager. Responsible for overseeing maintenance data
<br />collection activities and implementing quality control procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with District
<br />requirements. Leverages extensive knowledge of Maintenance RCI to train and mentor staff, develop weekly workload assignments,
<br />and coordinate field and office activities. Performs quality control reviews of RCI data by cross-referencing field data against District
<br />7’s web-based application and prepares quality-controlled submittals for FDOT District 7. Provides overall contract management,

<br />technicians and applies this knowledge when conducting QC reviews to verify consistency, accuracy, and compliance with FDOT

<br />Districtwide RCI Data Collection, FDOT District 4. Project Manager. Provide planning services to support the Department’s
<br />Districtwide routine RCI and HPMS data collection efforts, in-house support, roadway functional classification updates, traffic data
<br />collection and support, innovative data collection methodology development, project specific data collection, basemap package, and
<br />GIS support. Served as the District RCI Coordinator from 2016 to 2017, provided QA/QC to work being submitted, provided
<br />assignments using RITA, responsible for running RITA reports to make sure the database was free of potential errors, the DART
<br />application to make sure the database was free of errors monthly, prepared the Random Sampling Reports, worked on the Quality
<br />Assurance and Quality Control plan, reports in RCI for analysis and calculations, GIS experience in preparing maps for the LRS

<br />is well versed with the safety of the contractors and CTS’s staff being along the railroad corridor. She prepares the location maps

<br />BCT Fixed Route Ride-Check-Data Collection Broward County Transit. Task Lead. Ms. Reyes is responsible for managing

<br />all sampled trips including specific details of the buses number, route number, block number, and other information. (Client: Broward

<br />2021 Park and Ride Facilities Inventory, FDOT District 4. Project Manager. Ms. Reyes has provided service to District 4 by
<br />inventorying all 40 Tri-Rail stations/Park and Rides. Data collected included pictures, counts of all amenities, report discrepancies

<br />Broward County Transit Garage Inspections. Project Manager. Ms. Reyes has worked doing bus inspections for BCT at Copans
