<br />Ms. Yang has 14 years of engineering experience and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering,
<br />with an emphasis in transportation planning, traffic engineering, GIS applications,
<br />and data analysis. After joining CTS Engineering, Ms. Yang has been involved in
<br />several projects funded by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) such
<br />as Maintenance RCI, Planning RCI, traffic analysis, transit corridor study, traffic
<br />simulation, travel demand modeling, PD&E studies, corridor action plan/master plan
<br />development, traffic impact analysis and reviews, and traffic data collection. Ms.
