<br />Andrews Avenue Drawbridge Rehabilitation, Broward County. Construction Project Manager. Responsible for the management
<br />of an $8M capital project to rehabilitate the major structural, mechanical, electrical systems of the Andrews Avenue single-leaf
<br />bascule bridge over the New River in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Management included oversight of the contractor’s construction,
<br />schedule, budget, and adherence to the contract (BCF-170) while also working with the contractor to resolve requests for information
<br />and unforeseen conditions. The project necessitated close coordination with the EOR and architect to ensure the work was
<br />consistent with plans or changes were necessary. In addition to the rehabilitation of the major bridge systems, the project included
<br />the renovation of the multi-storied control tower to upgrade the bridge control systems, HVAC, backup power systems, fire protection,
<br />windows, doors, roof/truss replacement, ADA compliance, and exterior cladding. (Broward County Contact: Anh Ton; Telephone:

<br />SR A1A Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation, FDOT District 4. Project Manager, Designer, and EOR. The project
<br />included the resurfacing of SR A1A from Oakland Park Boulevard to Palm Avenue. The project proposed lane repurposing to
<br />accommodate buffered bike lanes, while also ensuring the existing bus stops were preserved and improved. Included production of
<br />roadway, signing, and pavement marking plans. Other responsibilities included, but were not limited to team management, client

<br />SR 822/Sheridan Street Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation, FDOT District 4. Project Manager and EOR (roadway,
<br />signing, pavement markings, lighting, and traffic control plan). The 2.5-mile project included resurfacing, signing, pavement
<br />markings, lighting, signalization, landscape, and ADA improvements. Other responsibilities included, but were not limited to team
<br />management, client coordination, public involvement, utility coordination, and post-design services. (FDOT Contact: Julio Delgado,

<br />SR 5/US-1 (City of Miami) Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation, FDOT District 6. Project Manager. Project included
<br />resurfacing, signing, pavement markings, drainage, safety, widening, and ADA improvements. Other responsibilities included, but

<br />SR 842/Broward Boulevard Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation, FDOT District 4. In-house Lead Designer. Project
<br />included resurfacing, signing, pavement markings, drainage, seawall, plateaued intersection, transit, and ADA improvements. Other

<br />SR 7/US-441 Realignment and Reconstruction, FDOT District 4. In-house Lead Designer. Project included the development of
<br />preliminary plans (horizontal and vertical geometry) to realign and reconstruct a portion of SR 7 adjacent to the future Seminole Hard
<br />Rock Hotel & Casino. The plans were the basis for identifying right-of-way impacts and a land-swap agreement between FDOT and
