<br />Ms. Tolstoy, Director of our Geospatial team, is a highly motivated Professional
<br />Surveyor & Mapper with over 33 years of experience. She is well-known and trusted
<br />in the industry and always serves as a great leader on the projects she oversees.
<br />She has served as a Project Manager on multiple contracts with FDOT, and
<br />managed 200+ work orders. Ms. Tolstoy is a stickler for detail and holds her survey
<br />team to the highest of standards, ensuring that our clients receive a quality project.
<br />She is responsible for ensuring that the best practices are followed, and quality
<br />assurance goals are achieved. Ms. Tolstoy’s experience has included high-pressure
<br />management roles that require the prioritization and planning of work activities to
<br />not only meet, but also exceed, productivity standards. Ms. Tolstoy’s extensive
<br />experience covers the areas of design/topographic/DTM surveys, geodetic control
<br />(horizonal & vertical), boundary surveys, right-of-way control survey and mapping,
<br />maintenance and monumentation maps, As-Built Surveys, Hydrographic Surveys,
<br />Mean High-Water Surveys, 3D terrestrial/mobile LIDAR, GIS data collection –
<br />Survey 123, data conversion, GPS and georeferencing, and SQL programming.

<br /> Project Experience
<br />CAM29 SR 804 Boynton Beach Blvd Maintenance Map. FDOT District 4. Project Surveyor. Ms. Tolstoy was responsible to prepare a Maintenance Map for
<br />SR 804 (Boynton Beach Blvd) from SR 7 to Lyons Rd. The map included a cover
<br />sheet and a detail sheet. CTS coordinate with the Palm Beach Maintenance
<br />Engineer and the EOR the areas to be included. Additional topography was
<br />extracted with TopoDot from point cloud data to cover such limits. (FDOT Contact:

<br />C9Z26 DW Location Survey Consultant, FDOT District 6. Project
<br />Manager/Survey Leader. Ms. Tolstoy was responsible in managing this contract
<br />during 2020 to mid-2021, providing surveying and mapping services on this 5-year
<br />districtwide ($1.5M) General Engineering contract. Projects assigned by District 6
<br />included the establishment of baselines, benchmarks, cross sections, topographical
<br />features, DTM, GPS, and monumentation for FDOT ROWs and control maps. On
<br />several task work orders, F.R. Aleman used mobile LiDAR to scan projects,
<br />collecting one million points of data per second and photographic images, and

<br />FM 445984-1 Golden Glades Truck Travel Center (GGTTC) Design Survey
<br />FDOT District 6. Survey Manager. The scope of work included to establish
<br />horizontal and vertical control, perform a full design survey – Topographic, DTM and
<br />drainage inverts. Baselines & RW lines were provided by the District and field
<br />verified by CTS. Utilities designates using GPR and electromagnetic methods
<br />(Quality Level B) were mapped and included in the survey for 145+ proposed Truck
