<br />Mr. Diaz brings over 38 years of surveying and mapping experience, most of which
<br />has been with and for the Florida Department of Transportation. His experience
<br />includes project management, Title review, GIS Database development &
<br />management, GPS & Mobile LiDAR project planning/processing. Mr. Diaz has also
<br />performed surveying services on a broad range of projects including Right of Way
<br />mapping, Topographic, Boundary/ALTA, Bathymetry, Tidal study, municipal
<br />facilities, stormwater systems and others.
<br />Mr. Diaz is proficient in various surveying and general software applications,
<br />including but not limited to: MicroStation, OpenRoads, TopoDOT, Leica Infinity &
<br />Captivate, Arc Map AutoCAD, Civil 3D.

<br />deliverables, Initiated scanning of R/W maps for implementation into GIS, Initiated

<br />included: Project coordination, data search and review, recovering/establishing
<br />Horz./Vert. Control, Calculate Plats, R/W Maps, Deeds, Easements, Section Corner
<br />review calculations.
<br />Jul 2019 - Florida Department of Transportation, Districts 6, SW 8th Street, from
<br />SW 27th Avenue to Brickell Avenue, Drainage Survey of approximately 425
<br />structures – Project Surveyor for Surveying services Tasks included: Project
<br />coordination, recovering/establishing Horz./Vert. Control, measuring invert
<br />elevations.
<br />Mar. 2019 - Florida Department of Transportation, Districts 6, SW 103rd St. / W
<br />49th St, Hialeah, 1.5-mile design survey – Project Surveyor for Surveying services
<br />that included Topographic with a high detail Digital Terrain Model (DTM), and Right
<br />of Way survey. Tasks included: Project coordination, and review,
<br />recovering/establishing Horizontal and Vertical Control, Calculate Plats, R/W Maps,
<br />Deeds, Easements, Section Corner review calculations, GPS Mission Planning, GPS
