He has <br />performed utility investigations with a variety of electronic detection devices, survey <br />equipment, and air/vacuum excavators on numerous projects throughout Florida. <br />His experience includes being the Project Manager of multiple FDOT District wide <br />contracts, supervising over 10,000 test holes and more than 1,000,000 utility feet of <br />designating. He is extremely familiar with the Standards and Procedures established <br />by the Department. <br /> Project Experience <br />BCWWS PROJECT 107963 Lead Service Line Inventory Field Investigation, Professional Services for Subsurface Utility Engineering and GIS Mapping. <br />Project Manager. Dennis is currently serving as the project manager for Broward <br />County Water Wastewater Agency This is a 5-year recurring contract for 2.5 million <br />dollars. Our services include a taskwork order to verify the composition of 12,500 <br />BCWWS owned & operated water meters within the county limits. The purposed of <br />this TWO is to meet an EPA national requirement to provide confirmation of no lead <br />in the agencies water service system. This assignment included CTS inspecting <br />12,500 water meters over a four-month time period. CTS used combined <br />technologies such surveying-mapping and GIS to geographically locate the <br />database features, SURVEY123 to perform the inspections, and GIS geodatabases <br />to deliver the acquire data. Dennis as the PM provided all the necessary resources <br />to coordinate, inspect deliver in real time GIS database. Our deadline was met and <br />submitted ahead of schedule, complying with the agreed budget to meet an <br />aggressive and reduced schedule. <br />E15-DTPW-07 Miscellaneous Professional Service Agreements to Provide Land & Engineering Surveying Services. SUE Manager. Under a professional <br />Services Agreement. Dennis provided on as needed basis Subsurface Utility <br />engineering services for design & construction project in Miami -Dade County. <br />WASDA Gravity Sewer along NW 27th Ave form NW 107th Ave to NW 123 Street. <br />During this project over 125 test holes were completed. In addition to over 3.2 mile <br />of utility designation. The final deliverable to the client was certified 3D test hole <br />reports along with a GIS based product for an accurate complete survey. <br />E15- WASDA -03B Design of Small Diameter water & Waste Water Pipelines <br />for WASDA Waste & Water Collection Systems. SUE Manager. The overall <br />project was part of WASD’s Muti -Year Capital Improvement Plan . Our role was <br />to provide SUE Survey & Utility Coordination to facilitate the design of over 30 <br />TWO’s during a 3-year time period. Dennis coordinated and managed these daily <br />requirements to bring to design and construction on time within budget. <br />Continuing Services for Surveying, Mapping and SUE, FDOT District 4. SUE <br />Manager. Provided as-needed surveying, mapping, and SUE support to the FDOT <br />District 4 on this 5-year, $5 million districtwide contract.
