A secondary purpose of this quality program is to promote effective communication among all the various members of the project team, including subconsultants. <br />Corradino will create a QP for all projects, adhere to the Client’s requirements as applicable, and provide adequate continuous Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) throughout the project. <br />Corradino will be responsible for the overall project quality assurance, with the following objectives: <br />• To create an awareness of quality within the organization and communicate the goals for quality to all personnel. • To ensure our services incorporate the highest level of quality. • To meet the requirements of applicable quality assurance regulations and standards. <br />• To define effective and efficient procedures for documenting that the quality goals are met. Deliver a product that is complete, accurate, and consistent with the scope and required criteria. <br />This Quality Plan applies to all members of the Corradino Team involved in this project. While team members may use additional procedures to monitor the quality of their deliverables, they must adhere to the requirements outlined in this Quality Plan throughout the project. Variations to non-essential elements of this Quality Plan (such as color coding established in the Quality Control Tracking Stamp) will be allowed, provided they are clearly identified. They can be easily confirmed to meet or exceed the quality control requirements of this Quality Plan. <br />Before submission to Sunny Isles Beach, all deliverables will undergo a QC review to ensure they meet the project’s scope and criteria. The QC process includes a standard color-coded check-and-back procedure, referred to as the “Standard Checking Procedure,” to document the thoroughness of QC. <br />| THE CORRADINO WORKLOAD AND AVAILABILITY <br />Corradino is committed to meeting the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s schedule and budget requirements for each task work order assignment under this on-call Professional Engineering Services contract.
