The demand for our Team’s services under this on-call Continuing Professional Engineering Services contract will be met by using staff from Corradino and our subconsultants. Corradino is available to serve the City of Sunny Isles Beach under this contract. We have provided a detailed availability matrix that depicts the current workload and availability for the key staff on this contract. We are committed to ensuring that this on-call Continuing Professional Engineering Services contract aligns with our workload and that we remain available to serve the City. We also provided the Workload Availability for our Subconsultant staffing. <br />Regular coordination with all discipline managers must be maintained to keep the project on track. Corradino has an excellent track record of completing projects within established budgets. The ability to control project costs throughout the project’s progress results from a strong commitment to do so, a thorough understanding of the scope, and the incorporation of that understanding into all tasks. Strong communication and experienced personnel are two effective cost-control mechanisms. Corradino is completing similar services for numerous South Florida municipalities and understands the importance of meeting both professional services deadlines and the schedules for multiple task work orders simultaneously. The Workload Availability provided is for our subconsultant staff. <br />An experienced and knowledgeable team is essential for maintaining the project schedule, realizing potential cost reductions, minimizing construction impacts, and gaining public support. Corradino has tailored the staff for this project to present a team with a demonstrated <br />ability to facilitate production, maintain excellent design and construction documentation, and provide outstanding contract administration services, including schedule analysis, estimating, and coordination of phase submittal reviews. Corradino will ensure efficient communication amongst all government agency stakeholders and related utility owners affected by a proposed infrastructure improvement project. <br />| TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT <br />During this contract, the Corradino Team is equipped with the necessary facilities and up-to-date technologies to serve the City. This includes the technology necessary to complete all assigned task work orders issued under this contract.
