It also helps identify solutions to address each parking challenge. Before making any parking recommendations, the Corradino Team will evaluate the existing parking inventory, its usage characteristics, and the operational characteristics of transportation modes that serve as alternatives to the single-occupancy vehicle. Throughout this process, public involvement and engagement will be undertaken with the understanding that weaknesses in the mobility system and parking inventory can be identified, whether real or perceived by everyday users. Together, the Corradino Team, along with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, will serve as resident and stakeholder advocates to optimize existing parking facilities, promote alternative transportation modes, and develop parking management strategies to create a more uniform distribution of parking. The Parking Planning Services include parking design, audits, feasibility and financial analyses, operations analysis, planning, and technology. The Corradino Team can review and facilitate the scenario planning and designs to meet parking objectives for new supply or the optimization of existing parking assets. The portfolio of project experience includes specialty analysis for logistics, institutions (hospitals, airports, educational institutions, and municipalities), and special events. Corradino can lead the parking demand analysis, technology sources, parking policy, parking demand management, and mobility. Integration of multi-modal transportation into demand models and parking facility design, including curbside management. The Corradino Team covers the full range of parking studies and parking facility design, as well as an advanced parking analytics team to conduct forecasts and analyses. The Corradino Team is also adept at performance-based parking, helping clients harness technology and innovative policies to use existing parking better. | GRANT MANAGEMENT/APPLICATION SUPPORT SERVICES There are certain times of the year when the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) issues a request for applications as part of the localized initiative program for federal grant funding under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). This followed the prior long-range transportation bill entitled the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act. Corradino has recently helped numerous cities apply for and get awarded project funding through the FAST Act and IIJA grant programs. This included the City of Weston, the City of Oakland Park, the City of Cooper City, the Town of Davie, and the Village of Bal Harbour. These projects include the following, which have been programmed in FDOT’s Five-Year Work Program: • Dedicated Bicycle Lanes along SR-84 (between Glades Road and Weston Road). The design is funded and underway (FM #438117.1), and the construction is funded for the fiscal year 2021. This was a grant through the Broward MPO Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP). • Dedicated Bicycle Lanes along Weston Road (between Indian Trace Boulevard and State Road 84). The Design is funded and underway (FM #439994-1), and the construction is funded for fiscal year 2022. This was a grant through the Broward MPO Complete Street and other Localized Initiative Program (CSLIP) Cycle 1. • Dedicated Bicycle Lanes along Bonaventure Boulevard. FDOT and the Broward MPO are still defining the funding for design and construction. This was a grant through the Broward MPO CSLIP Cycle 2. • Dedicated Bicycle Lanes along Saddle Club Road between Lakeview Drive and Weston Road. FDOT and the Broward MPO are still defining the funding for design and construction. This was a grant through the Broward MPO CSLIP Cycle 3. • Sidewalk and drainage improvements on NE 13th Avenue as a Florida Department of Transportation LAP project. The project aims to create a mixed-use hub with residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. This aligns with the City’s broader goals for enhancing the urban environment and infrastructure in the downtown area. The project will improve pedestrian access and drainage, contributing to a more functional and attractive streetscape. This was a grant awarded to Oakland Park through the Broward Mobility Advancement Program (MAP) Municipal Capital Projects (MCP) Program Cycle 3. • Complete Streets improvements along the NE 6th Avenue corridor so that it promotes all modes of
