This process involves identifying which trees need to be removed to accommodate the project, as well as suggestions for roadway modifications that can help preserve the existing landscape. Once the impacted landscape has been assessed, plans will be submitted to the DERM for their review. They will provide feedback regarding the approval of tree removal and any necessary mitigation measures. <br />• Miami-Dade County Paving Permit: This type of permit is needed on projects involving roadway reconstruction that require new pavement, new pavement markings, new signs, and maintenance of traffic plans. The procedure includes uploading the 90% phase plans to the county website for their review. The permit will be obtained after addressing any comments received. <br />• Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW): This type of permit would include completion of road closures and other traffic calming improvements, which need to meet the Traffic Flow Modification(s)/Street Closure(s) Procedures. <br />| MULTIDISCIPLINARY COORDINATION <br />Corradino routinely assembles multidisciplinary teams that include specialized subconsultants when projects require expertise in complementary disciplines: <br />• Electrical Engineering• Surveying • Geotechnical Engineering• Environmental Engineering• Landscaping <br />Our primary goal for every project is to complete it on time, within budget, and to our clients’ satisfaction. These meetings ensure that all tasks are completed as planned and that any problems that could cause delays or scope creep are analyzed and resolved promptly. Corradino will work closely with all specialized subconsultants to ensure each assignment is completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
