The following project sheets detail this experience and demonstrate our qualifications to be considered for one of the City’s on-call continuing services contracts. <br />Schedule of Proposed Services <br />As with our prior and current on-call task work order-based contracts, Corradino will focus on schedule, consistent communication, quality control, and cost control measures to ensure responsive, high-quality services. Monthly progress meetings will be held to discuss all work assignments, status, project issues, and action items. We will document all meetings with meeting <br />minutes and distribute them to all involved agencies and stakeholders. Corradino understands the City’s expectations regarding responsiveness, quality, cost control, and schedule management. Because our team is already familiar with the City’s processes and regional agency requirements, we can begin work quickly and efficiently while minimizing the learning curve associated with new assignments. Corradino understands that a schedule is intended for the Consultant Team and the city to coordinate their resources for reviewing submittals and reporting to other City staff and departments. Corradino is committed to meeting milestone dates, review periods, and final submittal deadlines. A sample project delivery timeline has been provided for a possible corridor traffic study task work order. It depicts the typical steps for executing a task work order assignment.
