He has led and coordinated civil design, construction engineering, and inspection efforts. His relevant experience includes developing the City of Fort Lauderdale’s citywide mobility plan; managing mast arm conversions at 35 Broward County intersections; serving as project manager for the Miami-Dade TPO South Dade Transitway corridor; supporting the Broward Commuter Rail/Tri-Rail Coastal Link PD&E corridor analysis and safety review; and serving as Lead Traffic Engineer for nine Broward County adaptive signal control corridors. He has also provided grant management support for numerous public agencies, funding key transportation infrastructure projects. <br />ERIC CZERNIEJEWSKI, PE, ENV SP <br />DIRECTOR OF TRAFFIC ENGINEERING <br />EXPERIENCE <br />City of Miami Beach General Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering Services | Engineer of Record - Traffic Consultant on the Continuing Services Contract for traffic engineering task work orders. Provided a variety of traffic and transportation engineering services including land use boards traffic engineering review, intersection analysis, signalization analysis and design, roundabout analysis and design, roadway level of service analysis, public school traffic operational analysis, valet-parking analysis, signal timing progression analysis, traffic calming and neighborhood traffic mitigation, responded to citizen inquiries and coordinated the interests of the City with the Miami Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works, FDOT D6 and other key stakeholder government agencies. The Consultant completed a traffic engineering peer review of the following development and redevelopment projects in the city. <br />City of Miami, Miscellaneous Transportation and Traffic Engineering Support Services, Miami, FL | Project Manager - The Corradino Group provides Traffic and Transportation Engineering Services to the City of Miami as part of the Miscellaneous Transportation and Traffic Engineering Support Services contract. Corradino provided these services to the City of Miami in the administration and management of the City’s comprehensive transportation and transit improvement program. In addition, Corradino provided independent traffic impact studies for new developments and redevelopment projects that generate a minimum of 20 or more peak hour trips. Corradino has completed numerous transportation planning and traffic engineering task work orders under this Contract, including the FEC Quiet Zone Update Support Services, the District 2 Traffic Calming Evaluation and traffic impact studies for the Adela II redevelopment and the development at 401 NE 29th Street. <br />Town of Cutler Bay Miscellaneous Traffic Engineering Services, Town of Cutler Bay, FL | Project Manager - General on-call services, complete traffic studies for the development and redevelopment projects. (Including most recently the Saga Bay residence). <br />FDOT Districtwide Traffic Operations/Safety Studies - Sub Consultant (Choice), Miami, FL | Lead Traffic Engineer - Prepared traffic operations and safety studies for intersections within FDOT District Six including the SR 969/NW 72nd Avenue at SR 948/NW 36th Street intersection and the SR 9/NW 27th Avenue at NW 7th Street intersections. <br />ENGINEERS PLANNERS PROGRAM MANAGERS
