<br />TEAM COORDINATION
<br />V3 will coordinate all architectural and engineering disciplines through a single project-management structure. At the initiation of each task
<br />order, V3 will confirm the required disciplines, responsibilities, schedule, deliverables, and review milestones. Coordination reviews will be
<br />conducted throughout design to identify conflicts early and maintain consistency among architectural, structural, mechanical, HVAC, and
<br />plumbing documents.
<br />This organization provides the City with one accountable Prime Consultant while maintaining direct access to each discipline's
<br />technical leadership.
<br />V3 KEY PERSONNEL
<br />PRIME CONSULTANT | ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR DESIGN
<br />Jose A. Vidal, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP | President | Lead Architect | 32 Years of Experience
<br />Jose A. Vidal will provide executive and architectural leadership for the City's assignments. As President of V3
<br />Architectural Group, he maintains direct involvement throughout the project process, from initial programming
<br />and design through permitting and construction-phase services. Mr. Vidal holds a Bachelor of Architecture
<br />from the University of Miami and is a Registered Architect in Florida, NCARB certified, and a LEED Accredited
<br />Professional. His recent public-sector experience includes projects for the City of Doral, City of Miami Beach,
<br />and Miami-Dade County. His relevant experience includes the City Manager's and Finance Office Tenant
<br />Improvement and Public Affairs/City Council Members Offices Tenant Improvement for the City of Doral;
<br />Unidad Facade Repairs for the City of Miami Beach; the Haulover Park New Restroom Facility for Miami-Dade
<br />County; and the Miami-Dade County Biscayne Plaza Building Improvements.Under this contract, Mr. Vidal will
<br />provide architectural leadership, maintain communication with City representatives, guide project scope and
<br />design direction, coordinate subconsultants, and help ensure that each assignment meets the City's functional,
<br />schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
<br />Manuel D. Fernandez, AIA | Vice President | Quality Assurance / Quality Control | 24 Years of Experience
<br />Manuel D. Fernandez will lead V3’s architectural Quality Assurance and Quality Control program for assignments
<br />performed under this contract. Mr. Fernandez holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida and is
<br />a Registered Architect in Florida and NCARB certified. His experience encompasses architecture, planning, and
<br />interior design for public and private clients across commercial, corporate, educational, hospitality, institutional,
<br />industrial, healthcare, transit, and public-sector facilities.
<br />As QA/QC lead, Mr. Fernandez will provide independent review of architectural documents and interdisciplinary
<br />coordination at established project milestones. His responsibilities will include reviewing drawings and
<br />documentation for completeness and consistency, evaluating coordination with HBC and TLC, confirming
<br />applicable technical and regulatory requirements, and helping identify constructability or coordination issues
<br />before documents are submitted to the City or permitting agencies. His recent public-sector experience includes
<br />the City of Doral tenant improvement assignments, Unidad Facade Repairs, Haulover Park New Restroom
<br />Facility, and Miami-Dade County Biscayne Plaza Building Improvements.
<br />Michele Gonzalez-Vidal | Principal | Interior Design | 26 Years of Experience
<br />Michele Gonzalez-Vidal will lead interior design, programming, and space-planning services when required by
<br />individual City assignments.
<br />A graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Architecture, Ms. Gonzalez-Vidal has more than 26 years
<br />of experience practicing architecture and interior design for public- and private-sector clients. Her experience
<br />spans interior, hospitality, residential, commercial, corporate, retail, and institutional facilities. For the City, Ms.
<br />Gonzalez-Vidal will assist with programming, space planning, operational requirements, interior architecture,
<br />material and finish selections, and coordination of interior design requirements with architectural and engineering
<br />systems. Her recent assignments include the City Manager’s and Finance Office Tenant Improvement and
<br />Public Affairs/City Council Members Offices Tenant Improvement for the City of Doral, as well as Miami-
<br />Dade County and City of Miami Beach projects. Her experience is particularly relevant to municipal office renovations, public-facing facilities,
<br />and assignments where operational requirements must be carefully integrated into existing spaces.
