No work will begin until WAD receives <br />the City’s written authorization or Notice to Proceed. <br />Task-Order Organization <br /> <br />The WAD project manager will remain the City’s primary contact and will be responsible for <br />consolidating the team’s work into a complete and coordinated deliverable. <br /> <br />4.3 PROJECT DELIVERY WORK PLAN <br /> <br />WAD will tailor the following process to the scope of each task order. <br /> <br />Phase 1: Study, Programming, & Existing Conditions <br />WAD will begin by confirming the City’s goals, operational needs, budget, schedule, and per- <br />formance expectations.
