<br />architecture, and cultural assessment incidental to sidewalk construction. Leandro emailed and filed utility contact
<br />letters and requested markups, as-builts, No Conflict Letters, UDFs, and UWSs from UAOs with follow-up.

<br />FDOT, Blue Heron Blvd Lighting Improvement Project (West of I-95 to West of Garden Rd)
<br />Utility Coordinator who managed utility coordination for the Blue Heron Boulevard lighting improvement project,
<br />supporting lighting enhancements at the interchange and along the corridor. Leandro identified and coordinated
<br />with Utility/Agency Owners (UAOs) to ensure timely utility clearance and FDOT compliance, conducted field
<br />reviews with the Engineer of Record and UAOs, processed No Conflict Letters, Utility Work Schedules (UWSs), and
<br />agreements, and compiled and submitted the complete Utility Certification package to FDOT.

<br />and incidental roadway, Signing and Pavement Marking (S&PM), channelization, ITS, and structures work. Leandro
<br />issued utility contact letters, preliminary plans, and Sunshine design tickets and maps to UAOs and requested
<br />markups, as-builts, Utility Disposition Forms (UDFs), and Utility Work Schedules (UWSs) with follow-up.
