<br />Daniel is a senior electrical engineer and project manager who specializes
<br />in Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) infrastructure, roadway and street
<br />lighting, vehicle electrification, and National Electric Code (NEC) compliance.
<br />His core competencies include signalization, fiber optic network design,
<br />photometric analysis, EV charging infrastructure, and traffic signal controller
<br />programming. He has served as an ITS Engineer of Record on major design-
<br />build projects and as a General Engineering Consultant for tolling agencies,
<br />delivering work for Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, FDOT, Miami-Dade County,
<br />Broward County, and municipal clients such as the City of Pembroke Pines.
<br />Daniel brings a value-conscious, standards-driven approach that pairs
<br />technical rigor with practical constructability. He is a licensed Professional

<br />Serving as the lighting engineer, Daniel developed a set of roadway lighting
<br />design standards tailored to the City of Pembroke Pines based on federal,
<br />state, and local codes and guidelines. He built a geodatabase of Florida Power
<br />& Light (FPL) light poles using GIS tools, performed photometric analysis using
<br />AGi32, and provided recommendations to correct substandard illumination
<br />levels at several corridors throughout the City.

<br />As Project Manager and Engineer of Record, Daniel oversaw the exterior
<br />site lighting, electrical, and lighting design for the building, including 3D
<br />photometric analysis for parking lot and indoor lighting. He designed all
<br />electrical infrastructure, including service points, conduits, conductors,
<br />and panels, to support Level 2 EV charging stations and pantograph DCFC
<br />stations for battery-powered electric buses, with provisions for electrical
<br />load sharing.
