<br />Henry specializes in power systems, circuit design, and GIS-based analysis.
<br />He has contributed to Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) through his
<br />internship with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), where he
<br />supported intermodal systems by designing over 150 project development
<br />zones and analyzing traffic disparities across multiple counties using
<br />ArcGIS. Henry’s technical skills include microprocessor programming,
<br />signal processing, and Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) development,
<br />which strengthen his ability to support advanced transportation technology
<br />solutions. His academic background in electrical engineering is complemented
<br />by hands-on experience with MATLAB, Simulink, AutoCAD, and Verilog HDL.

<br />Control Systems
<br />ITS Engineer for developing control system plans and supporting
<br />implementation of an Adaptive Traffic Control System for 15 intersections
<br />along the Weston Road and Griffin Road corridor. Scope included preparation
<br />of a complete contract package for ATCS deployment along Weston Road
<br />from State Road 84 to Griffin Road and Griffin Road from Weston Road to
<br />the Interstate 75 southbound on and off ramps, as well as fiber optic network
<br />infrastructure along Indian Trace, Royal Palm Boulevard, Weston Road, and
<br />Griffin Road. Supported ITS communications, signal system integration, field
<br />device coordination, and Southern CCTV upgrades to improve corridor operations, traffic responsiveness, and
<br />system connectivity.

<br />ITS Engineer for supporting the design build deployment of fully functional and operational new arterial dynamic
<br />message signs and verification CCTV cameras adjacent to State Road 836, State Road 874, and State Road 924,
<br />as well as the replacement of existing arterial dynamic message signs and verification cameras on NW 137 Avenue
<br />adjacent to State Road 836. Scope included ITS device integration, infrastructure coordination, and preparation of
<br />concept plan level details to support installation within GMX, FDOT, and local government right of way. Performed
<br />electrical analysis, coordinated proposed products to meet FDOT Approved Product List requirements and
