HBC Engineering Company | 121 <br />existing GMX infrastructure standards, drafted right of way occupancy permit requests for South Florida Water <br />Management District, and prepared canal crossing details in accordance with applicable safety standards, GMX <br />General Specifications for Design Build, FDOT Standard Plans, and FDOT Standard Specifications. <br />Locations: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, FL. Dates: 2025-Ongoing. <br />FDOT D6, MEI Consulting Services <br />ITS Engineer for supporting FDOT District Six District Maintenance Office lighting system inspection, coordination, <br />and maintenance activities throughout Miami Dade County. Scope included technical engineering support for <br />roadway lighting assets, field inspections, maintenance operations coordination, contractor and permittee <br />compliance review, material verification, permit coordination, and documentation of lighting related activities <br />in accordance with FDOT standards, specifications, approved plans, and District procedures. Performed night <br />inventory of lighting systems, assessed field conditions, assisted with GIS database development to support asset <br />tracking and maintenance documentation, and coordinated with FDOT staff to support consistent service delivery, <br />issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance of lighting infrastructure. <br />Locations: Miami-Dade, FL. Dates: 2025-Ongoing. <br />*FDOT 1, Intermodal Systems Intern. <br />Intermodal Systems Intern responsible for supporting project development and multimodal transportation planning <br />initiatives. Henry assisted the FDOT by designing over 150 proposed project development zones using ArcGIS <br />software across Polk County and adjacent regions. He also conducted detailed spatial and traffic data analyses <br />to evaluate disparities and trends within more than 150 traffic analysis zones in Collier County. Responsibilities <br />included mapping intermodal connections, interpreting geographic and demographic data, and contributing to <br />corridor-level planning efforts aimed at improving regional mobility and transportation equity. <br />Location: Miami, FL.
