<br />Tamara is a Resident Compliance Specialist with more than 20 years of
<br />experience supporting construction, public works, and contract compliance
<br />in highly regulated environments. She has served as Resident Compliance
<br />Specialist and Contract Support Specialist on federally assisted City of
<br />Doral Local Agency Program (LAP) drainage and canal projects, managing
<br />documentation in LAPIT and the Grant Application Process (GAP), monthly
<br />reimbursement submittals to funding agencies, meeting documentation,
<br />permit compliance, inspection coordination, payment estimate review, and
<br />closeout records. She brings additional regulatory and audit compliance
<br />experience from the University of Miami, where she maintains audit-ready
<br />records and coordinates required training using BioRAFT, SharePoint, and
<br />Microsoft Office. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Tamara is recognized for her

<br />City of Doral, Sub Basin H5, NW 58th Street Canal and Outfall
<br />Improvements (NW 79th Avenue to SR-826) LAP Project
<br />As Resident Compliance Specialist, Tamara managed and maintained all
<br />project documentation in the Grant Application Process (GAP), which replaced
<br />the Local Agency Program Information Tool (LAPIT), for this two-phase, $1.5M
<br />federally assisted stormwater drainage project funded in part by the Florida
<br />Department of Economic Opportunity. The work included maintenance of
<br />traffic (MOT), clearing and grubbing, French drain installation, new inlets
<br />and manholes, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveways, milling and
<br />resurfacing, thermoplastic markings, and landscaping. She oversaw monthly
<br />reimbursement submittals, documented preconstruction and biweekly
<br />progress meetings, managed inspection staff, and reviewed shop drawings,
<br />RFIs, and weekly SWPPP reports while supporting permit compliance across
<br />multiple rights of way, keeping all records traceable and auditable in GAP.

<br />City of Doral, NW 41st Street Canal Bank Stabilization LAP Project
<br />As Resident Compliance Specialist, Tamara organized and maintained all
<br />project documentation in the Local Agency Program Information Tool (LAPIT)
<br />for this federally funded project, which included canal improvements along
<br />the Dressel Canal on NW 41st Street (NW 79th Avenue to the Palmetto
<br />Expressway) and construction of the Dressel's Dairy Trail, a pedestrian and
<br />bicycle shared-use path. She handled invoicing, revision, and approval of
<br />monthly payment estimates, led preconstruction and monthly progress
<br />meetings, reviewed the erosion and sedimentation control plan for
<br />compliance, supported permit compliance with local governing agencies, facilitated daily inspections with issues
<br />logged and resolved in LAPIT, and managed all closeout documentation including a detailed punch list, ensuring
