HBC performed all the <br />services necessary to properly coordinate the activities of all parties involved <br />in completing the project, which included maintaining complete and accurate <br />records of all activities and events related to the project, properly documenting <br />all significant project changes, assisting PBC with interpreting plans, specifications, and construction contract <br />provisions; making recommendations to PBC to resolve disputes, and maintaining an adequate level of surveillance <br />of the contractor’s activities. This project involves expanding the <br />roadway from two to four lanes, with a new typical section designed to improve capacity and safety. Responsibilities <br />include inspecting drainage enhancements, intersection upgrades, sidewalk and pedestrian lighting installations, <br />signalization, and Signing and Pavement Marking (S&PM).
